The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The employees are very friendly and most helpful. I like shopping here.

There is always someone willing to help you find what you need. They stop what they are doing and go with you to find your item. Always friendly, clean and efficient. I feel at home when I walk into this store. Being in my neighborhood makes it feel like they care about their customers. Never, Never, have been treated bad or with disrespect. Great Store! This store was POORLY staffed during my visit. I had to wait about 1 hour to get help from an associate. I was in the flooring/blinds/counter top area on a Wednesday @ 3pm not a heavy shopping day or time. There was only 1 young girl working in that dept. I and others went to the front desk to ask for someone to come help her/us and was told "no one else was trained to work in that dept." The young lady was doing as much as she could as fast as she could. A few customers just walked out because they were so frustrated. I hope they get their associates cross-trained so they can help other department's as needed. I try to shop in my neighborhood to keep job's local and businesses near my home. This sort of thing will drive me to other neighborhood's to spend my money.

Pro desk is always helpful and will meet and exceed your expectations of other home depots. Joe who is a loader there is always helpful with loading whatever needs to be loaded and always does it with a smile on his face. Store is clean and everything is usually in the correct boxes.

I'm happy with the complete line of Milwaukee Fuel Brushless power cordless tools and the full line of Milwaukee accessories in stock. I liked this store most of all and carries a better amount of items in stock I didn't like and not happy with the Chino store on Ramona Ave and they had a limited supply of power and hand tools and didn't even carry the accessories needed for the power tools. The Chino store was out of stock with many items I needed or wanted and the store employees didn't seem to care to offer assistance and were hard to find

Store was clean but no associates around to help. Ever.

Patricia in the gardening department and Jesse who assisted me with my Christmas tree were so helpful and friendly! They made me feel that my experience and business mattered even if it was for 1 tree. Patricia's bubbly and friendly personality practically erased the terrible experience I had with another associate (not Jesse) in the Christmas tree department who could not answer any questions, shuffled from place to place and could clearly care less about being there. If it wasn't for Jesse and Patricia helping me I would not come back but when I do need something again I'll make sure to ask for them!

Everything is great, cashier and associates are super friendly.

We were in the market for new front doors for our house. We have exactly NO experience in purchasing this item. We had extremely knowledgeable help who asked us a lot of questions in able to aide us getting the product that would work best for us. Also, at the end of our time in the store, we met the cutest, friendliest cashier I have ever seen. It was a wonderful experience. We shop at this store often when we need home repair items and have never been disappointed. I just want to say that Home Depot is a class act and hires very helpful associates who really help us consumers who know nothing about what we are trying to repair. They walk us through the entire process so that we understand what we need to know.

Overall its a great place to shop. I own a small business and always shop here.
