The store was clean but the associate moving the ladder acted like I wasn't there when she came by me. No one was at the self check out so I couldn't use my military discount there. Associates I asked for help were very helpful and knew where the product I was looking for was.

Very helpful & well organized store, notable at end of Holiday weekend.

If you want attentive service without the crowds, choose the Dennery Rd. HD. I'm continually impressed with the staff's availability and willingness to assist with a purchase, particularly with finding an item or making special arrangements.

Store was up to my standards. Clean and organized.

Never expected the experience I had today. I needed assistance in purchasing some pine boards and galvanized mesh to make a "dirt sifter". 2 associates were right there to help. After I decided the size I wanted the "sifter" to be, the associates measured the wood and one of them cut it. The next thing was getting the mesh, no problem. THEN I was introduced to another employee and he made the dirt sifter. Yes, I said he made the dirt sifter! I was almost in tears with happiness. I also met the Store Manager and I tried to tell him how helpful, courteous, pleasant and how these associates went more than one step above their responsibilities to make "the customer happy". I was more than happy, I am elated and ever so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you and thank you. (One for each of the associates and the Store Manager.

Having been many time in 5 different Home Depot stores in San Diego county, this is the store I visit daily when I have a remodeling or business project.

Love the convenience of ordering online and picking our items up in the store! Saves us time and money to shop at an Amway Partner Store!

I come quite frequently to this home depot and I can honestly say that the employees are friendly and knowledgable. Today, I had the pleasure of being helped by electrical employee Erika. She quickly found what I needed and was nice enough to help me and my wife check out on the register. However, no one was able to help me in the Paint department.

The associate who assisted as with our project is so helpful. They would call us, follow up on our orders, give us feedback on the items, it was just a great experience and we are very thankful and grateful.

every store is the same it's easy to find everything you just push a button and there it is an associate to help in case i got question about a product or messures .
