Easy to find store personnel to answer questions and provide guidance. Always receive a friendly greeting. Several aisles tend to be blocked by merchandise displays, pallets, etc. At least one self-check stand is always out of order.

Cashiers at customer service desk always go above and beyond to help me do my shopping.

Found everything I needed and the employees were helpful and very friendly

in all my visits your employees asked if I need any help, and when I requested something they will go and show me my options and told me how to use the items I choose , they are really nice !!!!!!

There was a light I wanted and I need 17 of them. The store had only 6. Not did the pro desk tell me what other store had them they also offered to have them by the end of the week and or delivered.

Every employee is quick with a smile and a hand. They know their place and they make you feel important.

Robert went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed to fix my leaking kitchen sink. He helped give me ideas and thoughts on how it could be done. And he also showed me the correct area in the department where things are at. And above that he also gave me some information on how to possibly replace my sink. Good service like this is hard to find, as I feel seasoned employees become complacent, and you get brushed off because you only have one hour left before the store closes. Robert deserves some shine as I know he has a new were employee, and maybe older employees can reflect on the service he has given me

I am an older woman with little knowledge of building supplies, so I depend on the staff to guide me toward the best decisions for my needs. The employees at this store are courteous, professional, and patient, and I always come away having learned something after dealing with them. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, and the products offered are varied and of good quality. I have never failed to find what I was looking for, especially with the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff.

I enjoy visiting the Dennery location store because the employees there are very helpful. If they are out of stock of any item they try there best to locate another store or order the item for me. Luckily for me #1034 store is always stocked and i hardly have to visit any other Home Depot. I wish the #1034 store nothing but success and to continue doing a great job especially in customer service.

I can only comment on the Home Depot branches in San Diego area. Home Depot Store # 1034 is the best!! when it comes to customer service and material availability. Outstanding customer service, great item selections, very clean and organized store. Keep up the "outstanding job" Home Depot Store #1034.

Katty went above and beyond to help us out, she was very knowledgeable about the questions we had. She answered all of our doubts of different items we needed and helped us choose the best equipment we needed. She also helped us open a Home Depot credit card and explained the 6 mo no interest and how it all works. Fransisco the cashier was also very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Because of their customer service we will be coming back to shop at this Home Depot. Thank you Katty and fransisco!

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SAFE

The sales associates are not properly trained and/or informed of Veteran's discount as they apply in California as vetted through the CADMV - rather they have "other" incomplete instructions.

All the things I look is available. People are nice and helpful

I fell that at this store the should Value there employees I went to many Home Depots never have I been treated this Great. Thank You.
