I shop this Home depot often the employees are allways eager to help especially Aboul.I allways find what i need.

Ii went in to the store looking at bath room items,. I found everything I needed, in stock ! Employees were very willing to help. Everything I bought in boxes was perfect condition. Very happy!!

Employee was rude and disrespect full she basically said I was living about putting money in check out had to call manager to get my change

The Oxford store is always well staffed, efficient and always clean. Only place we truly feel safe shopping. They all do a great job.

#1 PRO desk in the area by far! Every other Home Depot and competitor is a distant 2nd place. Jessica and her crew have continued to impressed us over the years with their consistent outstanding PRO customer service.

the store was generally neat and clean and had adequate supplies and the cashier was friendly and helpful!

The store is dirty, shopping carts full, half full and empty all over the place blocking aisles. Associates are not trained properly, lack knowledge of locations of store products, associates are difficult to find. Products inventory not available as shown on store website.

The store was clean, organized and well staffed. Personnel were friendly, helpful and gave attention to detail on questions asked. I highly recommend this store to others and they share the same thoughts. Nice job on running this Home Depot with efficiency and friendliness.

At my most recent visit the employee helping me had an attitude and acted annoyed with me when I asked for assistance. He made it so uncomfortable I left without finishing my shopping.

We made a large purchase tonight. As I felt bad that we were there after the store closed Abdullah was wonderful. He took his time he was able to answer all of our questions and made our shopping experience wonderful.

Kudos to Tracey Clark, flooring specialist, who was of immense help to us in getting ready for our project. She was friendly, helpful and most of all knowledgable. Thanks Tracey!

I generally have no complaints about this location. I usually find what I need, the prices are good, and it's conveniently located. However, the employees need to be better about proper mask use. I saw several whose masks did not cover their noses, which renders them useless. They also need to be better about ensuring that customers wear their masks, properly and at all times. Too many fellow shoppers wore their masks improperly and removed them to speak to other customers or store staff. I know it's an inconvenience, but there's no real excuse for not doing this right.

Don't waste your time ordering online for pick up. Store inventory is not correct online and by the time your order is put together, items you ordered and paid for may no longer be available. No one will call you to tell you that your order can't be filled within the promised timeframes. I called a week after placing the order and only then was I given a credit!

Went to buy softener salt pellets. The shelves are marked one price and you pay another. Shelf was marked $7.97 and I paid $27.97 per bag. Not too surprised by the lack of attention of what they throw on the shelves.

I cannot say enough about John and Laurie from this store. They went above and beyond to help me build and get the materials that I needed along with all the PVC piping I needed! I am so grateful they took their time to help me! Thank you so much John and Laurie!

Would I recommend this store? Well, since it is the closest one to my house, and not the only Home Depot to essentially make me work there when I come in as a customer, I'm sure I will end up back there. But I strongly resent the fact that i) the self-service lane is often the only option for check-out, and ii) even the luxury of the scanning window has been removed, and customers now have to pick up a filthy pricing gun and seek out the bar code on the products they are purchasing - something that used to be the job of a cashier. To add insult to injury, they have employees standing around the vicinity of the self-service registers, who are often less than interested in assisting you. Why don't they put these people behind cash registers then!!

With all the craziness today with the Pandemic it has been harder and harder to find, friendly, level headed, and more importantly knowledgeable people to assist with my projects. Ron Metzger over at the Millwork department in Oxford, MA was polite, energetic and helpful and like i mentioned earlier...knows his stuff!! He worked with me on a custom door job that was giving me headaches. Can't thank Ron enough for his help and can-do attitude!

At a time where we all need kindness, this is not the place to visit. From standing in line and listening to an employee complain about shoppers Being there, then spoken at like I was a criminal, to a final clerk being mouthy and spouting “Step off” while I was trying to help. This was my last trip here as I will not support any business that disrespects their customers in any way. Kindness is free...your employees should be trained on this.

The Oxford store did a wonderful job on my order but unfortunately did not have enough product to fill the order so transferred the whole order to Gold Star Blvd. Worcester to fill and that is where the trouble was taking 4 days and 10 phone calls to get the order pulled.

Do not go to the paint counter if Nancy is working,old super unfriendly woman!

Please change self check out back to fixed scanner or both fixed and wand. I never liked handling those Germ infested wands and now with these new viruses popping up I think its unsafe.
