My visit to HD was to purchase product For a project that I will be taking on. I had all the measurements and basic knowledge of what will be needed. Arriving at the site I was a little overwhelmed with were to even start. Luckily the Pro desk was opened and I was very fortunate to have Stacey Sitko (SSU5JS) assist me in everything that I needed from top to bottom. Stacey was very understanding, extremely knowledable and made me feel like my project was important to complete. Ms. Sitko was patient with my needs, which is hard to come by in recent days. Ms. Sitko wasn’t rude or annoyed by having to stay longer even after her shift had ended!

Jim in the lumber section is great. He's happy to help, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.

I am a Desert Storm submarine veteran and will continue to come back to Home Depot because of the way I am treated as a veteran. The discount is much appreciated. Cashier (Valerie) went above and beyond during my experience. I had cashed out when Valerie noticed two damaged light diffusers in my cart. I was able to exchange them prior to leaving and save a trip back to the store. I immediately contacted store manager and recognized Valerie at her register for the great job.

Overall, I am happy with my experience with Home Depot. We usually find what we are looking for for any of our home projects. We will continue to go to Home Depot.

Best customer service from staff and management. A very well kept store, clean and easy to locate items. Also well stocked with high volume, popular items.

Absolutely disturbing on so many different levels. An associate literally would no communicate at all during a transaction. I tried to say hello, how are you, thank you. No communication at all. If you see the tall man with the "man bun" hair. Run. So scary and weird. Will not be coming back here again.

What sets this store aside from other stores, is it's employees. They consistently go above and beyond to help you with what you need. Most home improvement stores are busy trying to up-sell. This store is different. Highly recommended.

Will not recommend this store. It might be the entire Home Depot Co. No customer service. All registers closed. Only self checkout and problems over there and waiting for assistance....just disgusted

Tracey's knowledge and willingness to help is the reason why I keep returning to the Oxford Home Depot when there are other home improvement stores closer.

Ask for Abdul in the lighting department! He proved very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions as well as explained the differences between items and gave suggestions how to get the result we were looking for. He made our shopping trip easy and a success.
