I shopped for flooring at my home store in Alabama and picked it up in PCB. Because of the assistance provided by the Flooring specialist, my purchase went seamlessly. Right down to extras that I had not thought of and the loading assistance by the customer service guys

You made our visit worth it. This was our second time in here in a year and there will be many more visits because of Selisha. You go girl.

Earlier in this review, I went into detail how much Lynda helped me she was exceptional and is to be congratulated as one of your finest employees! Just in case that information doesn’t transfer over I had been trying to buy online using my phone the Ryobi fan deal for Memorial Day. One received a free tool with a qualified purchase. The Wi-Fi was very spotty at the condominium where I work and it took me almost 45 minutes to complete my order. It was impossible to find product information because I specifically wanted a hybrid dual powered fan. Finally a $129 hybrid popped up and I placed the order. I did not see the free fan tool pop-up so I added it on and I thought I would figure it out at the store. When I arrived, Linda explained that the whole free tool deal was predicated upon buying the battery pack first which I was not able to find on the website due to my connectivity issues. We canceled my initial order and she walked me through a purchase that actually saved me $30. I qualified for the free tool deal and have the 2 fans I need for my Dog Showing and travel. Lynda was exceptional and is to be congratulated!

Was told by an employee that they “didn’t have time to wait for someone to come” to assist with unloading a pallet of insulation and instead got a flat cart (and expected us to take the 50lb bag of rocks off of it before we could use it) and told my husband he could use the cart to load the materials while she turned around and just began chatting with a co-worker

I special ordered a door. after the due date, the computer said my order was being processed. After 2 days of this - I started calling the store & no one could give me info. Finally after 10 days my door was re- ordered, but I only found out bcs I kept calling everyday. Communication & follow thru at this store is deplorable.

I bought a refrigerator and was told it would be delivered January 2. After everything was arranged, I was told it was out of stock. It wouldn't be delivered for at least two weeks. Either Home Depot knew this item was out of stock or they should've known this was out of stock. Either way I now have to live without a refrigerator for two weeks. Ridiculous.

I walked in the door and was greeted by a lady and asked if she could help. I asked for an antenna, she looked it up and told me exactly where to find it. Very professional

I got this seat a week ago and all is good period the delivery policy from home depot is ridiculous, but that doesn't affect the appliance itself period rather than paying $99, I elected to have it put in the back of my SUV. And got some help on the other end. This is a good Choice for a small space.

Every worker is genuinely kind. They always offer to help! Great atmosphere! The night manager goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I usually have great luck finding what I need but when I don't all of the employees I have encountered at this location will above and beyond to help with whatever I need. Can't say that about other locations I have used. PCB is great.

Needed help and couldn't get an answer. The two ladies ( Patty and Nat) that helped me did not dissappear ( like folks usually do) and went way out of their way to help me figure out what to do. Great assets to the PCB store.

I just moved here & this was my 1st visit to this Home Depot. I was headed to "the smaller store" to get keys made but decided I'd take a chance with the "big store" that's usually too intimidating for me. I was greeted & offered assistance as soon as I walked in. Meghan assisted me quickly with getting the keys made, that I then decided to check on a few more things in other departments. She & all the other staff members were so pleasant & helpful that I'm glad I chose to give this store a chance! Great customer service & I will return again!

I visited the Home Depot today and The associate helping me (Jessica) was friendly knowledgeable and willing to take the time I needed to decide on my purchase.
