Your customer pro-service staff at the Panama City Beach, Fl location was very helpful in assisting me with my needs and concerns. In fact, I wish to recognize Missy, Carol and Chesney for the service they provided in fulfilling my order in a friendly and timely manner. This is in great contrast to your nearby competitor who was very disorganized and not responsive to my specific needs. So I cancelled a $3000 order and bought from Home Depot primarily because of the great service by above staff/employees.

Was made to feel as if nobody that enters this store is a stranger. The service was stand alone I now choose the Panama City Beach parkway store has an amazing staff and excellent service

This store is well organized and clean compaired to other stores I have shopped in.

Every time I shop at this location the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

We purchased a washer and dryer two days before Christmas and was very impressed with the service we received in the store. The contractor that installed our new equipment seemed deturbed and was hasty in the installation. A few hours after he left we detected a leak that flooded our condo. Needless to say we didn’t have a very quiet and relaxing Christmas with all the noise from the remediation equipment running 24 hours a day for days on end. Still running and VERY disappointed with the installation. BEWARE!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal. Rick was able to come up with the exact solution I needed. He was very helpful and caring in getting the issue resolved.

From beginning to end of my visit, all of the employees were so nice. Was greeted with a smile and “hello” at the door. Then upon checking out, Grace did not hesitate to help me with my self checkout. Definitely will be back!

them fellas at the tool rental are the best employees I've ever seen in a company. they will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied. if anybody has any bad things to say about these two men they would be lying. I have dealt with Paul personally on several separate occasions and he always goes way above my expectations of customer service and never disappoints. Ricky is right there with him, they make a good team and they both definitely need a raise. employees like them are hard to find

Happy to see changes at my PCB store. I couldn’t navigate most aisles in the past due to clutter from pallets and stock on store carts. I couldn’t find open carts to use for large items during those past visits. Recent changes I have noticed are cleaner/clearer aisles. Carts available and organized. Employees who ask how I’m doing, am I finding everything I am looking for, and sharing appreciation for shopping at Home Depot. Trish was my recent cashier and was awesome. But each time I visit the cashiers always seem to be the best as they are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you PCB team, great work!

We went to the Panama City Home Depot for a new refrigerator, washer, dryer and two pedestals. We received great service from Jessica finding what we wanted. All the products were in stock and delivery was able to be done in 3 days! That’s amazing!!! And the 3 main items were on sale!

Most down to earth and helpful folks at this store. In a time when everyone is stressed and tired its nice to have people that are willing and wanting to help you in any way they can. Been a shopper at this store for a few years.

shelving in aisles need to be removed and a THOROUGH clean between the walking aisles - the back - to - back shelving. there is so much merchandise fallen down the back of the shelves, to shelves below or to the floor. dirty and nasty. ORGANIZE THE MERCHANDISE WHEN YOU DO THIS AS I SELDOM FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN THE PLACE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!! WHY AREN'T STORE EMPLOYEES REACHING WAY BACK AND ORGANIZING THE WHOLE SHELF AND NOT JUST THE FRONTED ITEMS???? They're too busy chatting among themselves or hanging out in the breakroom....
