Associate in electrical department was extremely helpful! Knew exactly what I was looking for even with my inept description and took me right to it then was able to direct me to other departments for additional items I wanted to purchase.

BJ at checkout was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We all need more of that.

My experiences in the store in Panama City Beach has been great! I am working on a project with my sister and spend a great deal of time in the store. We made a decision to buy all of our products in Home Depot due to the availability of what we need and the convenience of the store location to our project. Our decision has been justified by the customer service alone. The store Assistant Manager Anthony has made us feel special and is always helpful and available. The pro help by Darryl has been invaluable and he takes time to answer all of our questions. We recently ordered cabinets and Cindy made that task easy.

The associates were available and answered all my questions. They were able to make suggestions and were overall knowledgable about the store products.

I was desperately searching to replace patio cushions for a Fourth of July Celebration with family & friends. Imagine my delight at finding the perfect quality & design/color! However, some were too high for my reach...enter a friendly, helpful, professional associate who happily retrieved the cushions. Continuing to assist me to the checkout counter, I mentioned that I still needed 3 of the larger sets & wondered if the store in town might have them. This associate immediately offered to find out but first checked to see if this store might have some in the back...and ...they did! He searched the store locating them, having to secure a special machine to retrieve them from a high shelf & then brought them to me. He assisted me to checkout and loaded them in my car! Our Fourth of Juy Celebration was a huge success thanks to Home Depot & their exemplary associates.

AM TAKING BLOOD THINNERS AND WAS BLEEDING FROM A SCRATCH BEFORE ENTERING THE STORE. BARBARA (BJ) NOTICED IT AND NOT ONLY OFFERED ME A BAND AID, BUT APPLIED IT FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS ON MY ARM AND NEEDED TWO HANDS TO APPLY. HER SMILE, HELPFULNESS AND A CUP OF COFFEE WILL BRING ME BACK TO HOME DEPOT!

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOOL I RENTED FROM THIS STORE, AND CALLED UP FROM MY HOME AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM AND I WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY. DALE B WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH MY MULTIPLE CALLS.

I just moved to the area thus I was not familiar with the location of items in this store. Also, moving into a new place means one has to adapt the home to fit one's needs. Being that I have a special needs child, the Home Depot is a place I depend on when I need to make these adaptations. The employees were very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. I was given great recommendations and guided to different items that would suit my needs. Thank You for your kindness and expertise.

Everything is really good at this store. I always find what I need and the people are always friendly. The prices are about the same as Lowes, which is right across the street. The only thing I do not like is that they tell you to fill out the survey for a chance to win $5K and I have never won, nor do I know of anyone who has won. Just stop with the survey shennanigans.

Using the mobile app, I was able to locate the product I wanted. I was able to check with the associate as to the sale price, that was on the app.

We were nervous going into our kitchen remodel, but your kitchen designers and flooring specialist put us right at ease! Their knowledge of products and the design element made the entire process SO much fun! Wish I could mention all 3 of them by name, but the guidelines on this say I am not allowed to mention them specifically by name. So, to the sweet, curly haired kitchen designer fellow and the fun brownie baking kitchen designer lady as well as the tall dark and handsome flooring guy (whose name is in the movie "________ of Arabia") I thank u all from the bottom of my Alabama heart for all the work and help u gave me in this process! nice store, nice people, very helpful, the associate who helped me load my truck suggested next time i might consider your small truck delivery because of the amount of trips i was going to have to make, consequently i ordered more material and he delivered it, Mark was a very pleasant person, hard worker, i would say an asset to home depot.

I am a female...was unsure as to what to buy for slats for a guest bed....was blessed to be helped by an associate named SEAN. Sean was friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Without Sean's help I am sure that I would have had to return to store several times to get all the things I needed..but, with his knowledge I did it all in one trip. Thankyou SEAN...Home Depot is blessed to have you!!!

The paint department is amazing at this Home Depot!

The store experience was good but went downhill from there.The delivery and installation of new product was not completed because they couldn't or wouldn't attempt to remove old appliance i had paid to have removed.

After spending two hours in the store shopping and filling the cart with material I make it to the register and my card was declined. Patty the cashier was extremely helpful and patient, after twenty or more minutes of her trying to resolve the issue with my card, she successfully helped me complete my purchase. her persistence and kindness was amazing, I was so embarrassed and frustrated while she remained calm and professional. Patty saved me time and money by helping me complete my purchase today rather than me having to come back tomorrow after the bank opens. Patty is awesome! Sincerely, Grateful

Really appreciated Eric and Kenny's help today. Would never have found or been able to load what I needed without them. Eric saw I was having a problem finding a grill and asked "How can I make it better, how can I help ?" Then he walked me through checkout and helped me load it. He even went and got the propane. (I am 60 with a bad back) THATS TOP NOTCH SERVICE ! Kenny knew I needed cleaner and suggested it; he also helped me find the grill cover I wanted. When I had a problem at checkout, they helped me find the manager to get it straightened out. Can't ask for more !

Lugging around a propane tank can be good exercise on a hot Memorial Day Monday. Had to do so because: (a) the Blue Rhino kiosk is inoperable (again) (b) the cashier didn't know that when she sold me the kiosk code (c) the customer service rep couldn't find the kiosk key and (d) the original cashier - who clearly needed a nap - grabbed the wrong kiosk keys. So it turned into a good 20 minute workout of walking back and forth with a propane tank. Thanks Home Depot!

I found the specific piece of lawn equipment that I wanted on the website. And two were on the shelf at the store, One by the time I got there, Ther persone helping me was courteous and polite, and before I knew it my 400 dollar purchase increased to 800. Thank you for recommending the additional products I can now hand down some excess equipment to my Family. Win Win. To other staff dont fear the upsell all us customers could use the suggestions and prefer to get everything we need in one trip.

The beach HD is usually always a great experience. This time was a little different. I had to make three separate trips just to get the right power cord for a drum sander from the tool rental department. The first cord was frayed and grounded out. The second didn't have a wall adapter. The third was the wrong female/male ends. Just make sure you get what you need. They were nice enough to discount my rental fee. After 3 trips and two hours of wasted time because the trip there is a little long for me,I guess I can still say it was worth it because of how patient they were, probably because I kept my cool. I'll be back though.

The staff at Home Depot are the best! They are always willing to offer help to customers even if it is not in their department! They are all so very knowledgeable and know their store very well! I called and ordered paint for a home project. They had it waiting for me when I went to pick it up. Your associates are so superior to Lowe's it's not even a close call as to where I'm going to shop. Always helpful, and friendly. Greeter was able to guide me to multiple products quickly and efficiently. The head cashier was very helpful, friendly, and courteous! Overall I was able to get in and get what I wanted quickly and easily... Except they don't have any Borax
