Store employees are always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Always willing to assist. When you're running a construction business you don't have time to waste and we feel that at this particular store our time is never wasted. Supervisor, Tanya is amazing. A true blue helpful person who obviously cares about the customers. Carla at the Return Desk is great too.

The Home Depot in Parsippany makes shopping for home repair, renovation, and maintenance items a pleasure. The store is well-maintained, and the store personnel are friendly, helpful, and professional. The store is arranged in such a way that items are easy to locate and a visit to the store is much quicker because of the ease of location.

Parsippany Home Depot was clean and had wipes ready to go at the entrance. I felt safe and comfortable shopping here. The home depot employees were very friendly and helpful

Great store. I would always think of coming here first before going to other similar store for my home needs because if I can't find it here most likely it's not in other stores too.

I recently stopped at this store to pick up an order as well as additional supplies needed to build a fire pit. The staff went out of their way to help me- they were kind, courteous, and amazingly helpful! When I asked for help, I was not only told the aisle to go to, but the employee took me to the aisle and discussed what I would need for the project. They encouraged me in my ability to do this project as well as drive the flatbed truck I had to rent!

Multiple employees either not wearing masks or wearing incorrectly. Multiple customers walking around with no mask on face at all.

This store is horrible. No product inventory. Lack of knowledge from employees. Employees from other home depots make fun of this store, they say its where they send all the losers. I believe this to be true.

Terrible customer service!they would cancel your order without your permission

Last week, I rented something from this location and the older gentleman who helped me was rude, disrespectful and made my experience very unpleasant. He was also rude to the man in front of me, so I know it wasn't just me. However, this week, I went there again and my product I was looking for was not in the location it should have been. Lorraine, the head cashier, went out of her way to help me locate and get my product off the top shelf. She was pleasant, respectful and courteous. She more than made up for the unpleasantness of the rental gentleman. The store itself was clean and everyone was wearing masks and respecting social distancing.

please have salespersons who have experience in their depts. , or better training , having worked and being a manager in a store of this type , I find employees on the floor need more knowledge of their dept, and being more familiar with the store.

If you need to rent tools, I hope you are lucky enough to have Dylan help you! He is knowledgeable and happy to teach and assist you with any tool and project. Probably the best experience in retail I have ever had is dealing with him.

The employees at the Parsippany Home Depot always go above and beyond to assist. You can always count on them to provide help in a friendly and patient way. That's why we always go to this store, even though it's not the largest Home Depot in the area, it has an excellent staff!
