Layout of store is Nice

I have had so much help from John at pro desk. I have been working on this house now for 4 months an He has helped me find everything that I have needed an helped me load or to be sure someone is always there to help. Thank you so much for a great employee that has a great customer relation. Never made me feel like I was a pain always just happy to help me. Thank you John!!!

The people actually seem to care, demonstrate expertise and do not talk down to one - even answered questions we didn't ask, which we probably should, when making the decision regarding a major appliance purchase. No pressure to buy immediately - in fact, offered the suggestion that we check additional selections available online, promising to help get everything handled once we made that decision.

Employees very helpful and friendly. Stocked fairly well and neat.

We had numerous salespeople ask if they could assist us. The ones who did not have a good understanding of what we were looking for, quickly called for help from a salesperson who had a outstanding knowledge of the materials.

I think the employees I interacted with were mostly nice. The cashier was excellent. I think this store might be a bit understaffed though.

The products are easy to find and so are knowledgeable employees when you have questions or need help figuring out what you need for a special project. Generally has lower prices and better quality products than Lowe's next door. Highly recommend!

Purchased a garage door opener and arranged installation 14 days ago. After 2 phone calls and 1 follow-up visit to the store, I am still waiting for either a call back or arrangement for the install.

Associates were friendly but were not competent.

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, the selection is fantastic. We only wish you were closer (we have to travel 90 minutes to get there). Keep up the good work.

I never had a nasty interface with any of their employees. Never have had a bad interface with an employee, They have always been extremely heloful.

Ever since this store has been opened, they have always been consistent with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If I needed something on the other side of the store and didn't know where it was, I've had employees phone other team members in that area and have them meet me and direct me to the product. I've never encountered a rude or unhelpful employee..This store is always clean and organized with a wonderful selection of products. I've found that their inventory is much greater than other stores. I love shopping at The Home Depot. I can't wait until it's a little warmer and I can start shopping and buying in their garden center! Great selection and prices!

The store was clean and we have no problem finding whatever we're looking for and if we can't find anything it's easy to get nice friendly assistance. All employees were friendly and helpful.
