Workers always happy to help

I have echo brand weed eater 22 years ago Still in working condition just plastic old flaky like all plastic Just bought another echo not replace just because it last long time Bought another mower for same reason mower 22 years old still going I find quality products at home depot

The front line staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they seem to have a difficult time finding a manager or higher up to take care of the problem. Twice (once when I called and another time when I went to the store) I had to wait while they tried reaching someone. Both times were about the same problem.

It takes a lot of time to be looking for someone to help with items in the store for assistance. The lines are very long and take time to check out…to include self checkout. I recommend that a better system be implemented to ensure customers are checked out quicker than the current system.

I visited this store for a major flooring project. The price of the product that I ordered was very competitive, the customer rep was very knowledgeable, the process of connecting me to a contractor to install the product as well as the knowledge of the vetted contractor were excellent. On top of that, total cost for the project came out to be significantly lowered than another store. I have to wait for the installation but when it is completed as expected,, I think I will go back to Home Depot for all future home improvement projects

I literally hate going to this location because the parking lot is horrible and severely congested. Who designed the parking lot??? Fire them today

This store is awesome. I went in for small items and I got asked if I need help by 3 different employees. Shout out to Mele helping me at self checkout on her way to lunch. Very customer focused unlike other big box chain (opposite of .high)

The clerk Vivian was very nice and helpful. She helped us get the item we needed. We got an item price matched with the Kapolei store.

I lost my receipt and Lori was able to use my Pro Rewards account to reimburse me for returned untouched items. Lori was patient and good humored throughout the process. Mahalo, Lori!

I went here to purchase an item that showed up as in stock but had not yet been put on the floor. The employee helping me find the item, Irae, went out of his way to find the newly received shipment, load on onto a cart, and bring it out so that I could avoid making another trip. Turned the trip into a complete success.

The cashier mele was amazing, super helpful with my husband and I. We bought a grill and propane tank and she was super helpful and knowledgeable

My fiancé and I are frequent Home Depot shoppers and I must say, we love coming back to the Pearl City location! They have the nicest and most helpful employees!! The best customer service all the time at Pearl City Home Depot!!! So much Aloha! Thank you to the sweet Aunty Aida who helped with checking us out! Small conversations go a long way to make another person smile! Mahalo for excellent customer service!!

Asked cashier for loader to help me put 3 rolls of mineral paper on my cart. She repeatedly told me i needed to give her the sku number before she could call. Found a week old receipt on my pro account with the product listed (i needed more of the same). She insisted loader could not help me til i paid for it first. Showed receipt and he put on my cart. I then took my cart to my truck and put it on myself. Repeatedly told her i only needed it put on the cart.

Gabriel Iwamoto-store manager went above and beyond expectations to enhance my shopping experience. Great manager/employee!

This store is very easy to navigate and set up like most Home Depots, however what sets them apart from the rest are the staff and their energetic attitude towards assisting customers. Making us their top priority and dropping what they are doing to go above and beyond.

Horrible experience with returned products put back on shelf with out Home Depot inspecting their returns and just put it back on the shelf that was in bad condition.

Mele was so helpful in locating a rug for us. She then checked us out and helped to load it up all while being very kind!!

Kaila and Carleanee were terrific! They truly helped us figure out how to return merchandise, find the SKU numbers since it was not showing up when items were scanned. We were already stressed dealing with having to move. They just eased our minds. The store was calm and clean.

The Employee I had didn't even greet me with Good Morning and he didn't even smile not even once he kept rolling his eyes I was ready to tell him off but i just wanted to get out of there at least when I go to the Kapolei store EVERY EMPLOYEE GREETS YOU! I only went to this one because it was on my way hm Never Again!!

I Just bought some pvc pipes and had to get them cut down, and the worker who helped me was kind to make a label for me to show to the cashier so I would not get charged double for what I bought. And upon paying, the workers were very nice and helped me scan everything even though I was in the self checkout line. Overall great Customer Service and Aloha!

First worker we didn’t get his name but uncle worked in Aisle A1 this evening and stopped what he was doing to walk us to the locations to find the items we were asking about and looking for. Second Paulsson was very helpful when we asked how we should do our projects, he gave us advice, suggestions and helped up find items we needed. Really appreciate their attentiveness, helpfulness and positiveness!’
