Great place to shop. Employees are friendly, kind and helpful. If you have questions they surely will give you the answer kindness. Evey they greet you when you come in and offered some water as a courtesy of been a customer. I higly recommend this place.

Leroy was a huge help to us. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable and cared about the customer.

The store was clean and well stocked. I was helped by William. He was personable, knowledgeable and patient-I'm a diy homeowner. I prefer Pearl City Home Depot over other stores on island because of the helpful store clerks.

Every time I come to Home Depot. There is everything I need to get and even if I don’t need it but want it just because of their prices and sales. Staff are friendly and helpful. Returns are awesome compared to other stores. I highly recommend Home Depot to my friends and family.

Awesome cashier how she manage while there busy

I am a regular at the Pearl City Home Depot and the workers are pretty good but the cashier is the last person a customer sees and that will make or break a visit. Cashier was grouchy and didn’t even acknowledge my existence even though I was extremely nice and said thank you. She didn’t even respond to me, she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She needs to get the heck out of retail. Horrible, horrible person

I went in only to buy the Milwaukee right angle impact. They already had limited supply but they had a few left. Turned out there was a promotion for buying some bare tools it includes a free small battery. It didn’t register the promotion in the register kiosk. But the cashier and her manager were able to make sure I did get the promo.

My sincere appreciation and admiration for the professionalism and caring received from Ms. Tupou Kuma, Customer Experience Manager. She was extremely patient and gracious as she resolved my invoice/receipt issues today. She maintained excellent communication with me over the last 2 days. I will always shop at the Pearl City location because of Ms. Kuma. She deserves to be acknowledged and recognized for her sincere service. Mahalo Tupou! Paul Ban

Was looking for flooring that was only showing a few boxes on the app. When I got to the store Mandy was able to find all the boxes that I needed, helped me check out immediately and assisted with loading the boxes into my car. So happy with the customer service provided ❤️

These guys are the bomb. They're employees are helpful and courteous. The associate took the time to explain the product we were looking for and helped us find the right one for us.

Want to give a shout out to Mel at customer service and William in receiving. I purchased a few items today and picked up a couple of special orders. While waiting for my orders from receiving, Mel asked me to bring up my car to curbside pick up. While waiting in the car, I see him helping another customer with her order. He brought the items out on a cart and loaded the purchased goods into the car. While walking back, he checked in with me letting me know my items are coming soon. William searched through the entire warehouse looking for both of myitems. Very much appreciated! On top of that, Mel, came out with a cold water for me! What a guy!

Bought a bunch (many for a fence project) of lumber with the wife. When we checked out at register, associate did not offer loading help as they usually do when push a lumber cart out the door. No one was at the load out area also so I loaded everything myself and wife held the cart so as not to move. She couldn’t physically help due to injuries. This was almost closing time, around 9:30pm. And could you believe it, as soon as the last lumber was loaded and cart emptied, an associate grabbed the cart in a hurry and didn’t even say anything to us, not even a “thank you for shopping with us and good night”. No excuse to have no one to help during closing time.

I was at customer service for a return and exchange. I witnessed an associate (her name is Mel) help an older gentleman who was having a coughing spell. She was just kind to him. Offered him water and Magee sure that he was okay. When it was my turn in line she was very kind and polite to me. So I don’t think she was acting or pretending. Mel is real nice and kind. Thank you for your kindness. I will shop here over other stores because of her act of kindness. I believe I’ll be treated god when I come to this store
