Curbside was unavailable for my order pick-up, so I had to go into store. LORI & LELAND were AWESOME in providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Order was at will-call and LELAND offered to bring item out to car while I waited. Apologized for not being able to receive curbside, but made the experience perfect regardless!!!

Joy at customer service was friendly, patient and helpful.

Lots of goodies for home

Had an amazing experience at this home depot. Rex in flooring and Lexus in customer service made our experience a great one. I work in hospitality industry so I know what it takes to go above and beyond for your guests, Rex and Lexus did just that for us. Rex went out of his way to locate items that were deemed out of stock in the system, Lexus helped us checkout with our HomeDepot credit card when we forgot it at home. And she had great communication with Rex to have us on the way home as fast as possible with our items. Both of them were very attentive, kind and amazing associates that I feel went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. I was impressed. I'll be coming back because of them.

Everyone there are friendly and helpful, you never feel you cant ask for help and the staff all work so well together. You never see them standing around talking to each other, rather doing their job with such a positive attitude.

I noted recently that Hawaii does not have that much of a selection for sheds that are stocked or can be delivered like appliances. Some shed products and gate products were noted to only be available on the mainland stores.

If you ever need any help and are at this store Roger Govendo is probably the smartest nicest most helpful associate I've ever worked with, at any home depot. he is just an awesome employee very knowledgeable about a lot of things and very knowledgeable about where anything in the store is located so if you have a chance and Roger Govendo is working find him and you will be amazed at what a great guy this is!!! Awesome Guy!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT HAS PRODUCTS THAT OTHER LOCATION DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK...I.E. HORSE FENCING...

The store was very neat and well put together, everyone was welcoming especially our cashier, Lady because she was very friendly, and had a very professional personality.

Every time I go to the Pearl City Home Depot, I am well cared for by the staff. They assist me in finding things and when things aren't on the shelves, they take great efforts to locate the items or order them for me. When I have heavy items, they offer help with carrying and loading onto my truck. One person that I need to mention by name is Maria at Customer Service. She always get me the best deals and on top of the good deals, she is able to get me my military discount either through management approval or in-store order purchase.

Cashier Heriberta was very friendly and courteous as she told me about the survey. I didn’t know about it and if it wasn’t for her letting me know I would not have known about it. GREAT JOB HERIBERTA!!!!

Next time I have to return something I'll wait until a different associate is available. The guy I had was rude and a bit of an A hole. He seemed to be in too big of a hurry to care about what he was doing or who was in front of him. He was more interested in his conversation with his co worker. I kinda felt ignored or invisible. I could go on but what's the point. Let's just say it was a really really bad experience for me and a big black eye for your store & company.

Horrible customer service received today. Checking out at the pro service desk and had to split personal items from job items. Asked my daughter to stay in line while I ran out to grab another cart and when I approached the check out a secondary worker starts telling my cashier that I cut the line and starts talking smack as if I wasn't standing right there. Tried to explain to her the situation but she started screaming and going off yelling about how she was from EWA BEACH and I better remember her face. Manager came out didn't even ask about the situation just asked me to leave immediately. The original cashier was attempting to apologize for her co-worker but completely unprofessional, ill mannered employee. I mean what does the city you live in have to do with your JOB or the current situation. Some people just don't know how to conduct themselves as professionals and have no work ethics. I mean with COVID 19 going on really didn't appreciate this person yelling in my face. Horrible experience def changed the way I view this company and the kind of people they hire to represent their company.

The 3 employees in the paint department did not provide any information. No eye contact. I only wanted to know when the next sale was occurring.

Roger from Pearl City location was amazing. He was knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service.

Maria went up and beyond to ensure that the special order was brought out of receiving so that I could pick it up and as we were waiting for the door, she went ahead and rang me out. I have been to the Pearl City Home Depot many many times and on those instances where I have had the privilege of working with Maria she never ceases to amaze me on how far she is willing to go for me as a normal customer. A LOT of KUDOS to Maria as she is truly a HD professional that I would recommend to all!!!
