Robert, S thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to find the oscillating fan that was stocked in the overhead on an aisle that it didn’t even need to be on. You did not have to do that you could’ve just told me that y’all can’t find them and that we need to get with that department . But you didn’t you went the extra mile and that is so appreciated.

I went in for a sheet of plywood and needed it ripped. No problem finding the plywood and getting it to the saw. 20 minutes to get it cut after telling 4 different employees I needed help. The lumber areas was a total mess. Plenty of employees but more focused on moving inventory around vs helping customers or cleaning up the area. Two of the isles were almost impassable. One due to debris and the other because a HD employee lined up lumber carts such that the isle was impassable.

I ordered an item at another store where I couldn't open the locker box to pick it up. An employee there couldn't open the locker either and he went into the store and picked up another item from the shelf and gave it to me - without marking it as picked up. This was a problem when I came to the Pflugerville store to return it and to save me the trip cashier made a call to the other store to ask them to mark the item as picked up so she could execute the return transaction and saving me the time and miles to get to the other store - all without me asking for it. Very customer friendly!

From the Sales floor person to employee at the front of the store helped me load my merchandise. Employee at the front door area saw me approach the exit door and he immediately approached me to assist. Cashier extremely friendly

We have tried their ship to Home option several times and have had just miserable experiences last December I bought my husband a patio fan. The type that you put water in. It was about $700. When it arrived at my doorstep it had zero packaging it was scratched up and dented, and it was missing the wheels, last week we ordered a riding lawnmower, the lawnmower was delivered. We ordered a Kawasaki engine. A Kohler engine showed up again it was scratched. It was missing parts. The sticker was peeling off. It had obviously been used before. That being said, the managers at the store are very friendly and accommodating and help you resolve the issue but the second round with the lawnmower I took two days off of work to have it delivered and have it picked up and then my husband had to take a day off to go get our trailer and go to the store and purchase the mower we wanted and loaded himself Just a lot of nonsense and time wasted. We will certainly shop at Home Depot again, but will never use their home delivery in the future one of the store associates explained they use a third-party and when they come to pick up the product they pretty much just grab whatever looks like what we ordered🤷🏻‍♀️

Horrible service at the paint desk. Took 45 minutes to mix 2 gal. Had 8 customers who came after me and left before mine was mixed. Horrible time management and customer management skills.

I have a wonderful shopping experience in your store. With the help of your staff, I always manage to find what I'm looking for (car repairs, gardening, housework with household appliances and design). Your sales consultant NIRANJAN served me carefully and gave me good recommendations for the future. I, an immigrant from Ukraine, need a kind word and support. When I meet this support at my favorite HOME DEPOT store, I realize that I am at home!

The credit phone line send the caller to someone in the Philippines. The credit was not granted for no clear reason. I as very unhappy

We checked out in the garden center. Diana was a cashier she went above and beyond in the polite department. Cashiers are typically welcoming, but Diana what’s a great conversationalist very nice lady!

I've been shopping @ this location since April 2015 when I 1st moved here & every time I go in the associates help me feel like I matter. Whether I'm renting a truck to do "Honey Do" work for my better half, working on be half of a client or even returning an item that is not worth of space on a shelf in the Home Depot I get in, I get help finding what I need or figuring out a solution to my problem & I'm back in gear going to my next service address.

Ms Patricia Sandoval is outstanding! She is extremely nice and understanding. She made our visit easy and fun! Love to have her in this location ( store 6808).

Had to make a quick errand which was possible thanks to the direction of a friendly cashier Keilani! She told me exactly where to go and the quickest way to get there. Everyone else seemed pretty friendly as well. Definitely will shop here again.

I had a great experience with an employee recommending what I could use to secure furniture during my move. He even demonstrated how to use them.

The last two times I've been to the Pflugerville Home Depot, the employees in the Garden Center have been less than helpful. Not only are they woefully unaware of how to do anything other than scan bar codes, there is no one there who can answer questions. My visit today may have been my last. When a new cashier couldn't answer my question, he asked a more senior employee who perhaps was supposed to be there to help him. When I asked why my plants rang up twice the price as the sign that was clearly visible from the cash register, he said there was nothing he could do to help me. He stood there twirling his water bottle and did nothing to help me and more unfortunately, passed on his lack of work ethic to a new hire. This coupled with the fact that I have to download an app on my phone to receive a veterans discount, will have me shopping at the other big box home improvement store even though it's a bit further of a drive.

This home depot nails it.

I have patronized this store for nearly 10 years. In the beginning it was GREAT!! This under the previous manager, Michael Reichert. There has been a steady decline ever since. I know this store very well and I see evidence of weak management everywhere, especially in terms of associate morale, out of date signage, unpoliced, contaminated product offerings, to name a few.

Jessica at Home, Depot in Pflugerville always has a smile on her face always positive. I can ask her any question and she gets me the answer.
