Robert, S thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to find the oscillating fan that was stocked in the overhead on an aisle that it didn’t even need to be on. You did not have to do that you could’ve just told me that y’all can’t find them and that we need to get with that department . But you didn’t you went the extra mile and that is so appreciated.

I went in for a sheet of plywood and needed it ripped. No problem finding the plywood and getting it to the saw. 20 minutes to get it cut after telling 4 different employees I needed help. The lumber areas was a total mess. Plenty of employees but more focused on moving inventory around vs helping customers or cleaning up the area. Two of the isles were almost impassable. One due to debris and the other because a HD employee lined up lumber carts such that the isle was impassable.

I purchased in store a product shown to be in stock (150+) units. Clearance item, good price, and something I need so I bought 25. The item couldn't be located in the location shown by the computer inventory, so I paid, got a receipt, for an in-store pickup 3 days later (bought Tuesday, pick up after Friday). Arrived Saturday, and they had located all 150+ units. And sold them. Even the 25 I had BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. Yup, sold 'em twice. This is NOT how a modern, well run operation does things.

I’m so happy to have such a great local Home Depot. The employees are the best. The master plumber is an important resource whom I’ve tapped several times. Despite being wheelchair bound, he always gives you undivided attention and will not quit until you have everything you need. He is an exceptional professional and You are very lucky to have him. Your hardware support guy who cuts most of the keys is also great. Super nice to talk to. It really appears people enjoy working there and I love being there. Well done, I’m a fan.

Convenient location, always has what I need.

Went to pickup some blinds. Thankful they were open and found what I needed no problem. Passed a couple of employees who greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I went to checkout there was an employee in front of the self checkout and was trying to ‘Help’. They were only in the way. I kept having to reach around them and then when they pressed the pay now button they stood inc tiny of the card reader so I just stared at them with my card in my hand until they moved. If you’re going to make me use a self checkout get out of my way. Otherwise open some staffed registers.

I went to three Home Depot locations on the same day looking to see if a appliance was in store so I could actually look at it. Only at this location was I greeted, not once, but multiple times by employees and asked if I needed assistance. Patricia Sandoval, in appliances was outstanding and deserves credit for making my experience really enjoyable. Whatever Home Depot is doing at this location - store management or incentives, whatever it is I recommend it to all the Home Depot sites.

Always find what I need

Been shopping here for a few years, and the staffing was sparse. On this visit, they had folks ready to assist at every other turn on a aisle.

I went in to match a few nails and screws for a project I’ve been working on and came in to some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Marco was ready to help and knowledgeable on helping me find what I was looking for. I proceeded to checkout with all that I came in for and more. There was even great customer service at checkout but unfortunately did not get the gentleman and young lady’s name but they were a help in holding my items as I went to find a couple of lanyards. Great service top to bottom… will definitely be returning!

This location goes above and beyond to help. It makes it easier to shop when you are not sure of what you need. They make you feel like part of the family.

The service desk has some amazing tenured staff who know what they are doing and Bonnie is one of them. Although I only wanted to make a purchase she still stopped what she was working on to assist me. Bonnie is a great associate!

We were shopping with a specific idea of a color for our powder room, but not an actual color. We were able to find exactly the color we wanted. The Behr paint, soft turquoise was the perfect match for the tile and other decor we already had. The paint went on well and covered in just one coat! Highly Recommend

This Home Depot is my favorite one! I always go and shop from there. They have the best service and quality ever. The employees there ard all nice and helpful. Thank you very much for the services you provide to people, you are the BEST.

James saw me trying to decide on my items, came over and explain the special that was going on . He als assisted me in getting the item down from a higher shelf and even got me a basket. I want to publicly express my appreciation to James for his assistance.

The item I sought was in stock but was located at the end of the product in a different size. Took a while to find.

I went in to my local Pflugerville Hone Depot recently, and I noticed the new checkout line. It was easy and fast to checkout. The new registers and setup is great.

Used to love this store.. but they have really cracked the whip on return policies and it has made my shopping much less enjoyable. Also not a fan of the new self checkout flow. Only one set of doors are for entering and the curbside parking takes up the first several spots, yet the customers who come in to shop need to park further back.

Absolutely a poor example of customer service! Both items I bought were damaged, we were assisted by a nice employee who told us we would have to go to a completely different store in order to pick out a new/possibly undamaged cabinet. We decided to take the lesser of the damaged cabinets and return one. She gave us the option to pick out a new cabinet in the store (provided they had the stock). We did pick a new one, on Monday they said it would be delivered Tuesday, but that changed and was cancelled and delivered Wednesday instead. Except for the fact, that it WAS NOT the cabinet we actually picked out, in fact, it was the same damaged one that was returned, and the employees were too lazy to take the tag off of it and mark it as damaged. Such a huge pain and I truly don't even want to shop with HD anymore.

Very happy with the purchase of my cabinet.

I was looking for a specific type of door for a project. Cindy Lyons saw me looking at all the doors and asked if she could help me. After I explained what type of door specifications i was needing she was able to special order me exactly what i wanted and at a fair price. Then i asked about a specific type of siding and she found the product and took me to it. Very helpful.

I really enjoy going to this Home Depot. The employees and even the other shoppers are always very courteous. I’ve even had other shoppers help me look for things I can’t find. Really really cool store.
