This particular visit was being disappointing. I came in the store to do a simple return and pick up an order I placed online. I received the email that my order was ready this morning but when I arrived to the store to pick it up, I waited close to 30 minutes for the customer service worker to hunt down the one associate, named Mike, to get my order. This defeated the entire purpose of placing the pickup order. When I’m sent a confirmation to pick up my order, I’m hoping for it to be ready. Would only recommend shopping here if you know what you’re looking for so you’re not told - this isn’t my department when you’re looking for help.

My husband and I had the opportunity of working with Orlando Daniels at the Home Depot in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania today. He is one of the flooring specialist there. He was very personable and understanding when helping us find a backsplash that would meet our needs. We did not feel pressured at all while working with Orlando. I would definitely recommend going to see him if you have any flooring needs.

I needed five items and I was lucky to find an Associate named Raishine. I wish all stores had an employee like him. Even though his shift was over he went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed. I would recommend this store to anyone because of my experience with that young man.

Indifferent checkout staff quote: "I don't care. It's not my money." No bags at ANY self checkout station. Barcode scan failed on product and locks checkout station until an employee comes by to unlock. Limited stock. Tapcons were a mess. Had to purchase stainless steel screws instead of zinc coated. Quite honestly, if I have to check myself out, have no bags, and deal with attitude, the customers should be getting a discount! If I had time to return everything and shop somewhere else, I would have done so. Will be shopping a competitor in the future.

I was looking for Milwaukee drill/driver combo set. They had it. Job got done on schedule. And that's all I have to say about that.

Do pick another store where employees are concerned about how they treat people

We visited the store twice while deciding on our purchase of 3 appliances. We were pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable the associate was. His name is Bernard and we were very fortunate to have him help us with our decisions. He was really so good!!!

I always learn something when I visit this store. As usual, I wasted time trying to buy online, when I should have just come in to the store and talked to someone. Today, was Dora and Bernard. I don't even want tell you how long we have been trying to buy a new fridge. They had us wrapped up in about 20min. Thanks

Best location to shop home Depot and all hardware stores up and down Wasatch front by far.

Store is a mess. Hard to find and get to items. Asiles blocked and access to shelves was problematical.

The Conshohocken Home Depot was one of the BEST Depots I've been to! Friendly, great customer service, neat store, easy to find products and CLEAN restrooms!!!

The carpet salesman at the Plymouth Meeting Home Depot was very knowledgeable with the entire process and made my purchase decision easier to make.

Watch out for returned items being put back on the shelves and resold as new. It seems to be a consistent problem with this store, making it unreliable at best. When you buy an item as "new", IT SHOULD NOT BE A REPACKAGED RETURN. Returned items should be checked out thoroughly, and marked accordingly, before being resold.

Had everything that I needed. Did the self checkout which was very user friendly. Will continue to go to the Conshohocken facility.

I love this location; it’s one of the better. I would drive out of my way to come here since it’s well-stocked and employees are nice. This store doesn’t seem to be as crowded as other stores which also makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

I usually shop in your Cheltenham store. This store appeared to be much more open, better lit, with wider aisles and larger than the Cheltenham store.

It took a long time to be waited on (only 1 Cust Serv Member), but when Suzanne from Cust Serv handled my complex new dishwasher Return, she did a GREAT Job. She was Professional, Smart and very Helpful !

This Home Depot in Plymouth Township is a great store. With this past year and the Pandemic they have went above and beyond in meeting my needs.

Store Manager Justine does not return customer phone calls.
