Of all the HD stores I have been to, this is the most orderly and clean and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Sherry in Flooring made it so easy to purchase replacement carpeting for our rental unit in Michigan while we were in Nevada! Her suggestions were helpful, and her follow-up prompt and thorough.

This HD and the individuals we dealt with were honestly one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the last year, with a large chunk replacing four exterior doors. The lack of communication, miscommunication, lack of respect for our time, and money lost was met with “here’s $300” and them closing out our case. I’m not much of a review writer but feel the need to express our level of anger with this store and HD as a corporation.

Been shopping in lumberyards and home improvement stores for a really long time. Have built and renovated over 3 million square feet of buildings. This Home Depot store has consistently been better overall compared to other local like stores. Not saying things don’t get messed up from time to time but when and if they do they always make it right with us. Have also shopped at different locations Thur out the country and I usually end up comparing those to this store in Plymouth. Always clean and organized and never any issues when we have to return any product. Keep up the great work. Thanks for your help in our building business.

I have always found what I needed - alone or with someone's help. The store is always clean. Parking is convenient.

Rented a chainsaw and was handed 20 pages of paperwork and told to read them- only explanation was on starting the motor. Nothing about safety when the chainsaw is loose or what to do when it goes dull. Didn’t get through 1/2 the job. Waste of time and money with poor customer service.

I walked into the Home Depot #2762 on 9/9/24 a little after 8 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to find the store open! I bought several items I needed and a few that I didn't (darn those POP end caps) that evening. Just as I got to the self-check, I remembered needing a 2nd mailbox key, and a helpful gentleman offered to assist. Key #136 was cut and buffed in short order, allowing me to get to the self-check out in record time and back to my car. Both the key cutter dude (name badge flipped over) and the self-check assistant wished me a pleasant "good evening" and I was on my way. Store # 2762 ... I love you! Thanks again for having what I needed, including wonderful, helpful, hard-working employees. (no, I don't work for nor own a Home Depot)

This location is always clean, well-organized and the staff for the most part is always extremely polite and helpful. There have been a few one-off occasions where a staff member has been ornery or “inconevenienced” when asked to help, but they usually don’t seem to be around long. Most recent visit I was assisted by not one, but two individuals. More than happy to help, go above and beyond with helping me. It’s a great location and the stock is usually spot on!

Was looking for new grill and was greeted by Ed in grill area. His friendly deminer and knowledge was awesome!!! Explained differences and what did I need in type of grill. No pressure just great information. A+++++++++++++

This store always seems to have people close by to help out, they are a great team of people willing to work with me for any assistance I need, and if the person I ask doesn't know - they find a person who does. Great store!

The associates at this Home Depot are excellent. They go out of their way to help the customers.

All staff are very helpful. I am renovating a home. Its hard to anticipate everything you need at time of purchase using promotions. The staff work with customers to make purchases 'affordable' and go the extra mile to help. If there is a need, the managers are there to help. You may notice most of the people working are older. They work there because they like working there. They care. Its great to see the same people working when you come in. They take the time to get to know you, say hello. Always offer to help. This is why I shop at THIS store.

All persons were kind & friendly from the time I entered the Pro entrance; Matt D in Home Decor was patient, courteous and kind preparing my special order; as was an employee helping me find a shelf product; the cashier helper at the self serve check out was kind and caring also!
