I hate shopping, lol I really do, but I love shopping at Home Depot! I just moved to the Plymouth area so the Plymouth store is my closest HD. Home Depot you have not let me down, I love this store as much as my last one. Everyone at the Plymouth store was great!! I have always had great service here! Everyone looks like they enjoy working there, in turn that makes for a great experience shopping. I have never had to look for help there is always someone asking if I need help (and sometimes I really do). Best part, when I'm at the point I really need to get the heck out of there (did I mention, I hate shopping?) The cashiers get me out of there really fast. The cashier Robin, she is always showing me the fastest escape rout (someone, give this girl a raise for me!) Well done Plymouth Home Depot, well done!

Although I did self check out, the cashier working the check out was extremely friendly. She offered me a bottle of water and asked if I needed assistance loading my merchandise into my vehicle. She was very pleasant. Thank you.

I am doing a kitchen remodel with cabinets from The Home Depot - Ray in kitchen cabinets. I needed to run a gas line for the cooktop and the plumbing department was very helpful. I appreciate the explanation on how to properly complete the job. Thank you.

I asked an associate if he could help me inflate a leaf blower tire I brought in. Although we couldn't get it inflated due to the level of pressure in the store's compressor, the associate directed me to another store (Belle Tire) where they might be able to help me. Thanks much!

Yet another successful visit to the 5 mile store. Great people working there and always a good selection of hardware and prices. I am sure this business was modelled on everything that I like and how I like to do it. I highly recommend this store and HD generally.

the young man who helped me was very friendly --service oriented without being overbearing. he helped find the lumber i needed and cut it precisely to length i requested.--His name is Shaun and he is a credit to your operation. The cashier, whose name I do not recall was also friendly and helpful. I feel that these individuals should be mentioned by name and complimented for their positive and helpful service--this type of service is rare, in my experience, and should be recognized by management. I don't really care if this is posted to your website---I wanted the hard working employees, who were so pleasant and helpful recognized.

I was looking for a refrig for my rental property and it was great to see wide range of refrigs and prices.

I am glad this Home Depot is here; the staff is calm, the atmosphere is calm; it is a beautiful store if Home Depots can be beautiful. I chose to go to this one over the others around here because it is clean and friendly and organized and it is top notch.

Had to get a few ceiling supplies and paint, two great woman associates helped out while I was in different parts of the store. They were very nice and knew their business. They also displayed team work, helping each other when passing me off to the proper area. Then the cashier, Maria was as sweet as can be! The associates smiled at us too.... wow!

Kyle in plumbing was very helpful and explained the parts I need to complete my plumbing project for my kitchen remodel. He explained how to use the Sharkbite pieces to make the job simple. Kyle also showed me the tools to use to assemble and disassemble the Sharkbite parts. Thanks Kyle.

Jarrett, in Electrical, was very helpful. He helped me find the right lighting fixture and led lighting insert for my kitchen remodel project. He explained the best way to install the fixture and made it sound easy. Since I am doint a complete kitchen remodel (with cabinets from The Home Depot) I have been in the Plymouth Township store many times and Jarrett has helped me many times in the past. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thanks Jarrett for helping complete my project.

Needed electric supplies and some flashing for my windows.

Be ready to check yourself out and load up your 4 x 8 sheets on your own, because self checkout is all that is available. They are too cheap to hire help. This store reminds me of Home Quarters and Builders Square before they went bankrupt--no one to check you out! I am hearing the Save Big Money at Menards jingle

Exceptional Associates help in getting the trimmer fixed. Bought the gas Toro trimmer in Jun-2014 (that has 4 yrs Toro warrenty) from homedepot. It wasn't starting in Sep-2015 and when went to Toro service center, they couldn't help saying it wasn't built/manufactured by Toro, though its sold/marketed on Toro's name.

Any time I go to this store I'm greeted friendly and the associate walks with me to the location of my merchandise. We live closer to Lowes but there's NO comparison!!

I needed help with large bags of garden mulch. Without asking an associate came over and helped me. I also needed directions to find a product. The associates took me to the product. Finally, Home Depot gives veterans a nice discount.

I was looking for the correct screws to secure my sub-floor and Renee in Flooring was very helpful. Renee explained which fasteners to use and why to use the ones she recommended. Renee also showed me where to find the correct fasteners. Thanks Renee, you were a huge help.

The Plymouth Home Depot at the 5 mile road location is filled to the brim with capable knowledgeable and approachable sales associate. If you have a question they can get it answered.

I shop at this store very often and very pleased on each visit.

I DID NOT ENTER THE STORE. I WAS RETURNING A EMPTY PROPANE TANK AND PURCHASED A FULL ONE. I HAVE USED THIS STORE SEVERAL TIMES FOR THIS SERVICE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED. OTHER HOMEDEPOTS DO NOT PEOVIDE THIS SERVICE.
