Nice place to visit

I experienced a long wait at checkout, then was told that I had to go to a different line, because I wanted to pay in cash. the PRO checkout line was for PHONE ORDERS ONLY. What the heck? Since when does Home Depot not except CASH? When I insisted that she contact a manager, she finally took my cash, but was extremely RUDE. I have spend thousands of dollars at this store. It will be a cold day before I return to this store.

Good customer service. The cashier at the checkout was very friendly and nice . Would highly recommend !

I came in to the garden department look for some soil and some food for my plants you’re a sales lady Anita was most helpful.

Lucia is a phenomenal employee. She was able to put me first after a rude customer tried to rush her as though my situation was not as important. Lucia remained persistent and reassured me that my car key would be made it just takes several tries. Honestly, I began to doubt the process and told her "it's okay if the machine doesn't work. I can try another place". Directly after making the comment, the key was made. I was very enlightened to see such dedication and commitment to helping every customer. Thank you for all your hard work Lucia. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to have met you and receive your excellent services.

Worst racist experience ever by a store staff! I was passing through a narrow space between an aisle and a cart and this Home Depot staff tried to block me on the other side at the end. I asked him what his issue was and he responds rudely saying he does not want to speak to me. Home Depot was a favorite store for me and my kids for over 23 years,. I am absolutely not going back to at least this store in Pomona!

The store was well organized and employees were always nearby in case of assistance. Gardening employees, especially Priscilla knew what they were talking about and they were really helpful.

This store is dirty and the associates are hard to find and are lazy .Customer service is key when entering a retail store this store lacks it completely. Shop at your own risk.

The store was organized and I loved how the check out was easy and fast. I never say it enough to any employee but this cashier Cecilia was exceptional. Went out of her way to help me and I’m very grateful for that

Laura in appliances was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She did not try to upsell or pressure us for a sale. Good prices for Memorial Day sale.

We came to HD because we started home renovations. Started and the San Dimas location but they were not helpful. Then came to the Pomona location to hope for better help/service and we found it. Noemi the Asst. Manager helped us in every way possible and we appreciate it so much! Definitely shopping at this location from now on

I've been working at a job called El fuerte in Carlsbad,for months if it wasn't for Darlene at the time she was hurting at the pro desk she helped me with so many orders phone orders phone sales I just want to let the management know without her and her help I would have never got my job done she's the best

This store has the worst customer service.Why pay people to stand around and not offer customer service?

The person helping at the Self- Checkout in Pomona did not want me to use my Samsung pay and had to call another associate and claimed it was "Easier to get my card information stolen" if I used this paying method and that corporate preferred i used my actual card. I have previously shopped here and have used this same payment option and had no problem. I did eventually made my purchase with Samsung Pay. Your employees must be further trained in different payment options and not play the corporate card in order for me not to use it.

This Home Depo in Pomona never fails me. Anytime I need a part or tool I know this store will have the item in stick. It's not like other stores where a customer waits for the part to be ordered. There are always knowledgeable folks whom assist customers. The store is kept clean and safe. I Always come here. Plenty of parking and large selection.
