This Home Depo in Pomona never fails me. Anytime I need a part or tool I know this store will have the item in stick. It's not like other stores where a customer waits for the part to be ordered. There are always knowledgeable folks whom assist customers. The store is kept clean and safe. I Always come here. Plenty of parking and large selection.

The store is a very clean store, well stocked and easy to read signs that points you in the right direction to where the merch is. The workers are friendly and willing to help at your request.

This is one of those storefronts where you get the same quality of customer service as you would with an online retailer. No discussion, no immediate answer. That's a shame, too, as there are plenty of items frequently found in-stock at this particular Home Depot, but the problem is, if it's an obscure or less than popular item, you can rest assure that it's tucked away out of sight. Hey, I get it... not enough floor space. So, my recommendation is simple; use the online store pick-up option when you see something in-stock for same day pick-up, otherwise, you'll get a lot of furrowed eyebrows as if you're taking crazy pills. "You're looking for... what??" or "Do you have a SKU number, because that doesn't exist... oh wait, I guess it does. So.. do you have a SKU number?" To this date, after innumerable visits, at least a third of those times involved looking for those not-so-common items, but clearly showed in-stock for the store via the online Home Depot search. Don't get me wrong, I eventually found those items, but it was like pulling teeth from those Home Depot customer service folks. "I haven't seen that one in a while. You sure we have them here?" Yes, that really happened. Twice. It's the people, not the physical location. But if you want the appropriate customer service, then choose another storefront.

Girls that work at paint department are more helpful than the men.

The store itself is Useful, However there Employees have the Worst Attitudes! Nicole(Nikki) as it states on her orange apron was so Extremely Rude we could not believe it. Dylon had called her over for assistance, And she was just irate and appeared to busy to want to even answer a simple question. If she doesn’t like her Job, maybe Home Depot should hire those who would be More Appreciative.

The store is organized and easy to find what I need. The employees' assistance are helpful.

Store associates are very friendly and helpful especially James Tillery, and the associates from gardening.

I have been to this location several times since it’s close to my place of business. I prefer the Rancho Cucamonga location better they have good customer service and employees there have always been friendly and helpful when I needed help. I stopped by this Pomona location looking for a cleaning supply and I nicely asked one of their African American girl working there about the product and she literally yelled at me and questioned me about the products. I showed her the picture of the product on my phone and she still did not care to look at it. This employee proceeded to rudely yelled and questioned me “What is the product and what is it for!!!” I told her what it was and showed her the picture of the product but she seemed so annoyed by me asking for her help. She continued to proceed to ignore me and went about her way absolutely he worst experience at this location.

Shout out to Luis in the paint dept!! He's a friendly, knowledgeable employee who was very helpful. He deserves a raise!

Asked a worker for help and was told to “google my question”

Waited an hour to get vynil blinds cut to the size I needed. 1 hour for a process that takes less than 5 minutes.

Employees were extremely helpful. And knowledgeable.

If you ever need any paint help you have to talk to Luis in their paint department. He recently helped my girlfriend and I with a kitchen table restoration we were working on. He took the time to test colors, even though he had other customers, until he found the perfect match. I will definitely be back to this Home Depot.

Every time I go to this store I’m in and out . Everything this well stocked.

I was pleased with the attetion I received when I entered the Home Depot especially at how plesant and cooperative the personnel was upon providing me with my special need..an electric cart. I didn't have to wait long for one. Then at the appliance department, Jennifer Knudtson, Appliance Specialist, attended to me with courtesy and her knowledgeable job expertise in the purchase of my refrigerator. KUDOS to Jennifer!!!

Well I like , the location is very convenient to my house but the employee need better training in the are they are working , you ask a question and they just don't know the answer ,also the customer skills need to improve more thank you..

I am very please to say that the customer service at this HOMEDEPOT is friendly . I was very impressed that the employee at the paint department took the time to explain to me the process of creating the right color for concrete stain and the process to prepare, in addition I felt I was educated with out feeling out of place. Nice .

I got to H D at 8:30 PM looking for wood to build shelves . As I was looking at 2 x 4’s and 2x3’s ...the manager came walking by and asked if I needed help. first I said no then I said yes. He asked what was building? I said -“a house, and then I said no rolling shelves for my aunt”. He said -that was very nice of me . Then I explained “she had a rough two years losing her husband of 53years & then her 54-year-oldest daughter to a short illness in November. As the manager Listened he continued to find the best materials for the best cost !
