At two different days and time I shopped in the paint department and had different store associates that offered to help with all my requests. I am impressed that they all were very positive helpful and friendly. WAY TO GO! PAINT DEPARTMENT.

Very rare to find a sales associate down any aisle. When you do, there are 3 and 4 people waiting to ask a question. I always look for a product before I ask someone if I can't find it. Rarely does a sales associate tell you the correct aisle to find something. Last time I was looking for "S" hooks and was sent to lumber. Asked for roll-up shades and was sent to hardware. Female shoppers are not helped like male shoppers. Contractors are given the highest priority.

Store is convinient. Owner of property needs to make it more accessable and bring other businesses in.

They could not accommodate my delivery time. When I tried to complain, no one cared. All they cared about was would I like to cancel. I did and went directly to Lowes where they were able to get me my dryer after 3pm. That is customer service.

My wife and I received great customer service from Corrina! She was extremely kind and professional and answered all of our flooring questions.

My Husband and I were in your store one other time buying flooring and paint. Sheryl was just walkingin the door to come to work but yet asked if she could help. We gave her the item she looked in the over head and asked if we minded to put her purse away and get in an apron. She came back immediately and found what we needed. Danny the assistant maanger walked up to give her a hand to load up the cart. I want to thank you Home Depot for hiring such warm loyal workers and managers. I WILL be back.

I like to do electrical work and spend a lot of time in electrical dept. of Home Depot and other hardware stores. Though I live closer to the Home Depot in City of Industry, I always prefer to shop at the Pomona store. Why? Because the people in the Pomona Home Depot electrical dept. are much, much more helpful and amiable than the ones I've found in the Industry store, which I've shopped at, off and on, for more than 20 years. There's a former electrician named Joe in Pomona who always has a smile, time, and patience for customers. He's got a young female coworker who's also very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location and variety of products.

I frequent this store whenever I have a home project or need to pick up something I have ordered and It is always clean and organized. Staff are always helpful and willing to invest the time needed to answer questions. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

The paint department is hit or miss when it comes to employee knowledge, as well as the rest of the store. The store it self is busy so inventory is refreshed often. The store could definitely benefit from being cleaner and having air conditioning.

The store is well kept, and stocked, and the employees are helpful, and polite. But, the parking lot grounds need to be kept a bit more cleaner and freer of debris, especially on the garden shop side. My cars have more than once picked up a nail, or self tapping screw, there.

I like home depot but i wish they carried more of a selection as compared to there online supplies

It was already 10:15 when we finish our transaction and I ask to speak to The branch manager because me and my sister were very impressed about the excellent customer service tha was provided by Sheryl. MR Randy Valenzuela,was very kind,helpful and knowledgeable, he know how to treat employees and customers. I have around 4 Home Depot's stores close to my house, but Randy and Sheryl after providing outranding customer service and a great customer experience will definitely make this our store. Highly recommended!!!!!

Today's experience at Home Depot wasn't that great. First I had to find a cart in the rain for carrying wood. Many items were missing or not in stock in the lumber area. The floors were filthy. Parking lot was a mess. Shopping carts all over the place.

ALMA WAS A GREAT CASHIER, VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK TO SERVE!!

Prepare to spend some time looking for what you came there for....it's a mess.
