Only come here if you must, another HD may be worth a little longer drive. I was inconvenienced by an assosiate cashier who didn't want to stop talking/flirting with her coworker. I approached the area, made eye contact with her, and she turned to continue her conversation. Finally, when she was done talking with her coworker she turned back to me and said, "I can take you right here." As if there was any other option. Otherwise, it is an ok store. The quality of the employees is questionable, but I got what I needed quick enough.

This is the first place we go for all our home needs . The people in paint are always so helpful , that's where I was today .

I was very happy with the help that Warren provided in the flooring department. He was patient with my changes to my order and stayed until the order was complete even though he was off the clock.

Easy to find everything I needed prices were consistent with other tile stores

The store was very clean all products were well organized, but the lack of finding someone to help. Seems like there was not enough staff or they were just not visible at the time.

Associates in the store are great. But once u get out they are useless and will watch you struggle as u load sheets of plywood by yourself and walk right past u

The 2 associates didn't help me pull windows from the top shelf. The aisles were all but impassible because of stock that needed put away. Lot attendant watched me load the windows into my truck without offering to help. Drive the extra distance to the White Lake store...it will be much more enjoyable.

I normally do not shop Home Depot but I had an interview nearby and an hour to kill so I stopped in to browse lawn and garden. I found lots of items on clearance. I am a budget shopped and found lots of plants that just need some TLC to come back to life. They had tons of Knock out Roses normally $18 for just $5. I bought 6 of them and a few other plants as well. They are all doing beautifully. I have been back 3 times in the last month and plan to go back weekly if I can.

There are managers and associates that have been there a while that just go through the motions. I work for a company that spends thousands a month and I get no help or acknowledgment most of the time. The cashiers are great but it is when I go through self checkout or I have been there first thing in the morning and they have a meeting right in the main aisle and I need to get something and get out. Way to go upper management. It is the problem with every company, middle management and upper management don't do what they are getting paid for.

Too many vehicles park in the loading zone so when you need to load your vehicle you cannot get into the loading zone. Vehicles are parked while their owners are shopping. Even small cars are parked in loading zone. Store does not care!!!

I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. I was able to find my item quickly and on sale. While there, I wanted to check on the employment application status of a relative using the in store computer. Despite that the site is not easy to navigate, I received assistance from friendly employees until we were able to gain access. The employees were all professional and pleasant and it is obviously a positive work environment. Home Depot Pontiac seems like a great place to work.

I was happy with the service I received from the associate in making my keys. I was also very happy when I returned home and found that all my new keys worked.

By far, Home Depot is the best store to shop at for quality merchandise, great service & great prices. We always find what we need & are very happy with every purchase

Great service and great prices! Micheal helped us to locate an entry door. He was very friendly. Bill also offered to help us load the door in our vehicle , but we didn't need his help. That was such a nice gesture though
