The customer service desk employees are very rude. I must've caught Mariah at a bad time of the day. I hope not to have to visit to Home Depot again. I will go out of my to go to the Auburn hills Home Depot.

PONTIAC Store #2701 is a terrible store. Be very careful when shopping there. Do not order anything that needs to be delivered you may never get the items and they will mark the order complete even though it has not been delivered. If you have a problem with the service at the store they will accuse the customer as the problem and not admit to or resolve and problems you will just get the run around..

Product I was looking for was available and easy to locate. Cashier was excellent! Check out took less than a minute.

At this store I always find what I am looking for and the employees are always helpful and courteous.

Great location and best location.

Tre who works in the paint department is an outstanding employee. I spoke to him on the phone with questions as well as in the store. He has a great attitude, genuinely helpful, polite and seems to love his job. He assisted in making sure I had everything that I needed to complete my project. Employees here are always helpful, attentive and happy to help. Store is clean and organized. Visited Home Depot store in Pontiac on 11/12/2020.

Every time I go in this store, I am offered assistance by a friendly employee. This is rare and very much appreciated these days. I've worked on several projects this year from gardening, fencing, plumbing, and painting. Each time this store has had what I needed in stock. This is my favorite Home Depot store out of several in my area...mainly because the excellent customer service I receive each and every time.

The associates in the appliance department is very rude, they are always at their computer or talking to each other. I asked for help getting a deep freezer and James that work back there said we have cart attendant that can help :(. Not happy with their service, and then he accused me of damaging a box to get a discount.

As always. I go to homedepot to get what I need and I always can find or order the products for all my.customers

I go out of my way to go to this store(it's further from house) than go to the other store on Highland(White Lake TWP),or the one in Auburn Hills. There seems to be more products there than White Lake, & the employees are more affable than either White Lake, or Auburn Hills.

I've been shopping at the Home Depot in Pontiac since it opened .Last visit was not good. I won't be back.

If you are every in need of help, seek out Laverne. She has gone above and beyond for me in the past and did so again yesterday.

This store is always my first stop when I am shopping for project materials. They are the best!!!!

This store and all of its employees always go the extra mile to be sure I get what I need and within a reasonable amount of time. What more can a customer ask for. I always go there first when I am working on a project.

I came in to make a purchase. On the display item they had 268.00 on the price display tag in front of the box they had 248.00. They gave me the 248.00 price, but would not give me the Veterans Discount!! Told me since I received the lower price they could not give me the VA discount. I'm sure they have overcharged people and they didnt realize it. It is not my fault that the employee's at Home Depot displayed the wrong price. I believe I should not have been penalized for your mistake.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

This is the only store in the City of Pontiac. Very friendly employees. Good prices. They have almost everything.

This store is my favorite one to shop at. The staff is beyond friendly and accessible. Although it is always super busy I am able to find what I need and have great assistance when I am looking for help. I will drive extra miles and pass by 4 other hardware stores to go to this Home Depot. I thank the staff there for all that they do and hope they are treated well by the corporation.

The store was clean, associates were helpful in making better choices in merchandise for me.
