This goes for every Home Depot. The associates just don't seem to know where or what things are. Offer them some sort of incentive if they go online and take a basic course in a particular field Electrical Plumbing Roofing just to know what the name of fittings are what the slang names are. I'm always met with I don't know or this is not my aisle. It gets a little frustrating especially when my eyes don't work so well all the time it's hard for me too sometimes see a half inch fitting out of all the other dozens. But everybody I talk to is the same thing it's just they don't know where something is or they look at your dumbfounded.

Jennifer’s service and effort on this order was incredible. The effort she put into getting product, answers from vendors, and dealing with management were all done with urgency. I was hoping her efforts were met by direct compensation from the order and I am discouraged to know that’s not the case. There should be a party thrown just for Jennifer, thank you for being such a dedicated employee and a great pro desk associate!

Glen was very helpful and patient as I selected the door I needed.

Picked up an online order and it was obviously damaged. Cost myself and an employee an hour and a half of our time to return and get the correct one when all it would’ve taken was a Home Depot employee to look at a broken box and say maybe we should look inside.

It is more difficult to find an employee than trying to find the item you're looking for!

Never can find help in this store and for those working they don’t even make eye contact with You !

Tatiana at the service desk is always so nice. The other ladies that I don’t know their names are super nice as well. The manager in the morning is always “on it” And the other employees are so friendly.

I placed an order on-line and Jared mistakenly cancelled the order, delaying our install date. Corporate promised a price reduction and never honored it. BUT Samantha Lee at the Port Orange store straightened out everything, she honored the original price and expedited the order. She is awesome and deserves a raise. She's the only reason I will continue to visit this store.

We’ve been working on several DIY projects and everyone at this Home Depot has been so supportive and helpful… even when the project is outside of their “area of expertise”. Drew (painting dept) is AWESOME!! He’s helped us through so many projects and always goes way above and beyond to help us out with our projects. The other employees we see frequently are also incredibly helpful- all of them frequently recognize us and ask for updates on the projects. Really a great group of people overall, and the products we’ve bought from this store have been great too!

We recently purchased 4 major appliances. Our Appliance Specialist was Laurie. She is the Best! Ask for her - you won't be disappointed.

Cashier was very helpful in making sure we got our order correctly delivered to the right pick up store. She took the time to offer us the extra warranty and explained it well.

I bought a white louvered solid wood door from Home Depot and not only does it look awesome it cost significantly less than anywhere else!

This store has been very easy to work with over the past few years. It’s well kept, always improving, carries excellent products, and generally has great employees. Last week, I changed my mind on a flooring option and was able to cancel, reorder, and get it delivered the next day. Happy camper am I.

My neighborhood Home Depot is the best. They are helpful and treat you like they want to see you again

I have been frustrated of late about finding help when I have a problem to solve at hardware stores. Home Depot stands apart with helpful staff easy to find who go out of their way to find a solution.

I had the greatest experience which is hard to find these days! They were not robots but caring people who genuinely wanted to help you! going over and beyond to make sure that you had everything you need and guiding you. How to do it! Sabrina in the floor department truly has excellent customer service skills, but more importantly she truly cares about your experience and will help you along the way, whether big or small and I'm very grateful for that because that's because that's hard to find these days. She helped me along my big project day and went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and the confidence in doing the project. I am very grateful that I met her because now I have the confidence to do the project I have before me. So thank you
