Drew who works in plumbing was the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Home Depot employee I’ve ever experienced after shopping in Home Depot stores in area for decades! He truly took the time to assist with my list of needs and items along with questions I had, went above and beyond! Thank you Drew for turning what had started as a bad experience due to the first employee who we asked for help but was not really seeming to want to, then ran into Drew and he turned the service experience 360 degrees to a great experience!

worst service I have encountered. No registers. All self checkout.

Every one was so very helpful from the time we entered the store till we left. Amazing job by all right down to the cashier and the two fellows that loaded the truck.

misty is beyond terrible she claimed to be a manger but the way i was treated and the way she refused to assist she should not be considered a manager stay away from this home depot you would be treated like a thief a criminal like a animal words can not explain how terrible she is and the way she treated me and as well as sherrie terrible person terrible customer service she is there just to get paid because for assistance she is terrible they both are beyond terrible . I recommend you do not bother going to that store at all . i gave one star only because there is not a way to give this store a zero they definitely deserve a 0 and those to terrible lady should not be allowed to work there at all .

Great customer service when purchasing major appliances. A young lady named Skylar impressed me with her true concern for me as a customer. She was very helpful and informative. It is hard to find good employees nowadays but Skylar went above and beyond to make my purchases stress free and professional. Because of her great customer service I will be back to shop in the future at store #6335 in Port Orange Florida.

I was happy to be told that I can bring in a drawer from my kitchen to have the paint matched. I have some scratches by a knob and was happy to hear I don't have to paint all the cupboards!

Clean store, friendly/helpful staff and reasonable pricing. We have shopped here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. ALL departments have knowledgeable staff and they are very helpful and skilled. We are constantly doing home improvement projects and never consider "other" home improvement stores. We shop this store 2-5 times per month and will continue to do so!

Customer service and plumbing dept were extremely polite and courteous.

I came by the store a couple of weeks ago to look at storm doors for a condo that I own in the area. I found what I needed and was given a brochure with the item, etc. I called from out of the area yesterday and an employee named Dan,( or dave) in the mill works department helped in completing the order. He carefully took information to be sure I was ordering the right item etc. I was calling during a storm and the connection was very and so it took a while to get the credit card info correct, etc . He was patient and polite, the mission was accomplished. My installer will pick up the item this weekend. Everyone I dealt with was helpful.

Material is always well stocked, Associates are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized.

The Port Orange Store always offers plenty of parking, in fact they were repaving the parking lot during my last visit, and the store is always kept neat, both inside and out. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products and their locations.

Great store with excellent service from the sales associates to the cashiers! The store manager seems like a kind person who really cares about his employees and the job they are doing. I only met him because I requested to speak to him about how one of his staff was so great to deal with! He was very great full for the positive feedback and would make sure the employee was told of the good report. So refreshing to have such great service and knowledgeable employees! Thanks so much for the great shopping experience! I will be back!

Assistant Manager Erin helped me locate a cordless grinder I needed. She looked high and low and was determined to help me. Thank you Erin, I was able to finish the job I needed to do that day.

Mark in the paint department is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Richard is my go to guy at this store and yesterday he was a rock star and sent me off with 2 light parts to replace defective ones on a fixture we had. He had to be a bit of a superman to accomplish this task and I so appreciate him for making our lives easier. That said, each and everyone of the employees at this store are always kind, courteous, super helpful and go out of their way to make my visits successful along with being just plain fun sometime. I am not just saying this, but my list of super star employees would have everyones name on it. Thanks Port Orange Home Depot, you are my favorite store to shop at when I am flipping a house or just need something for our own home!!

During last year's hurricane I gave this store 5 stars for overall customer service and hard work. I can't do that again after my most recent experience. I shop here 2-3 times/wk. I see dogs in the store on almost every occasion. Since I only needed a box of nails I brought my extremely well trained, well behaved dog on my quick stop. While other customers were petting my dog the employee @ the customer svc desk screamed from 35' away 'IS THAT A SERVICE DOG!!?' I was taken aback/shocked. I said 'no' of course and she continuing to yell 'YOU CAN'T HAVE THAT DOG IN HERE!' I profusely apologized and tried to explain that I thought it was ok since I had seen so many other dogs so I thought it was ok. Then she yelled again from across the store 'WELL THAT'S BECAUSE I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO ENFORCES THE POLICY!!!' As everyone was now stopping to stare @ me and my dog, other shoppers were as shocked as I was @ how rude she was. I certainly appreciate being informed of the stores policy and didn't intentionally violate it - however I was appalled and embarrassed @ the behavior of the employee. I would never let one of the staff members @ my place of business speak to a customer in the manner I was spoke to.

I bought a new GE microwave and the delivery service was outstanding. The 2 men quickly and neatly removed my old microwave and installed the new one in about 8 minutes. They were friendly and extremely professional. They also mentioned an upcoming sale as we were chatting about my stove.

We have been going to home Depot in numerous occasions for home improvement products and garden. Things are well organized and quick to find. My husband I are very satisfied with the products we have bought and will continue to visit home Depot for future necessities. Assistance and associates are always available when we need them.

Mark, in the Paint Dept., is a skilled and refreshing customer service provider. He made a daunting task easy with his cheerful demeanor and expert knowledge.

Folks are more helpful than the ones on daytona

This store is the best for succulents if you are looking!! I went to Home Depot first and bought one of everything they had, good choice because the other store was outrageous!! At Home Depot the prices were great!! They have the soil right there with them! The customer service in the garden center is always responsive and available. I love our local Home Depot! I never have a problem finding someone to help me. I know our city is changing and new residents can be really unfriendly, but the patience of these employees is above and beyond. You guys rock! Speaking of rocks...can we carry more flat rocks for painting on? and please carry more unique Dremel parts... ;)

I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to help, whether it's answering questions or helping me find items.

This store ROCKS!!!! Bob and Kitty are 2 awesome emplyees. Really should shop at this store.
