Madison AKA Mattie was awesome, the was working return, and I had a substantial return of supplies to be returned. She explained the tax implication of returning items without a receipt and what my options were. She paid 100% to my needs, and also, she was answering the phones and transferring calls, and paging members of her Home Depot team. Mattie deserves a Home Depot employee of the week STAR. she is an asset to the Home Depot Team

staffing has gotten a lot better mostly polite

The Store is conveniently and strategically located with adequate access. The staff are friendly and always available to assist shoppers locate materials and products needed. They also help provide options and technical information on materials and product quality and strength. The store is always clean and materials are neatly packed on shelves.

This is not about the store I can't go back into the survey to say there are always should be a choice of not applicable.... somebody greet me? I don't remember Couple of other questions that there should have been a choice of was not applicable

The two man, and one woman seemed to be distracted when I asked for help. I asked the woman for help she walked away like she could not see or hear me I yelled miss I need help I finely got her attention she called to men she called two men they also seemed distracted They could not fined a latter to help me I found the latter myself. the two ice chest were very heavy, and a long distance to the register neither man offered to help me.

I could not find the item without assistance; the display was about 30 feet away from where the item was stored. However, the representative was helpful, once he arrived. Yoirys was very pleasant and efficient. She also was available when I reached the the Cash Out area.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY! The cashier Bivi helped me find the right salesperson. Michael, sales associate, helped me with measurements, unpacking the product, and taking it to the cashier while I went to look for hardware. Manager Reuben walked with me around the store to final exactly the hardware that I needed to complete the installation. My visit was quick, completely successful, and remarkably pleasant.

Mary Ann is a customer-centric person; she is always helping and doing the best customer service job in the store. She is also totally welcoming to teaching the staff on how to serve the customers better.otally I have been shopping at this store for over 1 year and I have notice Mary Ann always doing an outstanding job before Covid,During Covid and still totally AWSOME!!!

I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE SHOPPING HERE DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. THE STAFF WAS VEERY HELPFUL AND POLITE

It would be great for the staff to acknowledge customer who seem lost. Also maybe a call system to different departments so employees can assist customers. Having someone by the entrance and exit welcoming you and having disinfecting wipes for carriages would be great!

Clean, always stocked and has amazing helpful employees always available to help. Love Home Depot.

Van and Lina were great help to me and they both helped me to make my purchase. Van went to get the paperwork I needed. The printer was broken and he kept going out of his way to get me the info. Lina help me with making sure the address info was correct for my delivery and she made me feel at ease.

All of the employees I have dealt with at this location have provided good to excellent customer service.

Employees are very helpful especially the girl’s from flooring Jennifer and jordyn both helped me with deciding on what flooring to buy. They were joking around and it was just a fun shopping experience.
