I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY! The cashier Bivi helped me find the right salesperson. Michael, sales associate, helped me with measurements, unpacking the product, and taking it to the cashier while I went to look for hardware. Manager Reuben walked with me around the store to final exactly the hardware that I needed to complete the installation. My visit was quick, completely successful, and remarkably pleasant.

Mary Ann is a customer-centric person; she is always helping and doing the best customer service job in the store. She is also totally welcoming to teaching the staff on how to serve the customers better.otally I have been shopping at this store for over 1 year and I have notice Mary Ann always doing an outstanding job before Covid,During Covid and still totally AWSOME!!!

I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE SHOPPING HERE DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. THE STAFF WAS VEERY HELPFUL AND POLITE

It would be great for the staff to acknowledge customer who seem lost. Also maybe a call system to different departments so employees can assist customers. Having someone by the entrance and exit welcoming you and having disinfecting wipes for carriages would be great!

Van and Lina were great help to me and they both helped me to make my purchase. Van went to get the paperwork I needed. The printer was broken and he kept going out of his way to get me the info. Lina help me with making sure the address info was correct for my delivery and she made me feel at ease.

All of the employees I have dealt with at this location have provided good to excellent customer service.

Employees are very helpful especially the girl’s from flooring Jennifer and jordyn both helped me with deciding on what flooring to buy. They were joking around and it was just a fun shopping experience.

The level of customer service I received the afternoon of October 19th was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. I was in the process of checking out and Mary alerted me to how much money I could save on my purchase that day by opening a Home Depot charge. After I opened the account and purchased 6 plants my total charge was just $2.05. If Mary hadn't offered to assist me I would have spent well over $50. Thank you, Mary!

I had the best customer service at the appliance center on 9/2/2019 ,from a young lady Noella I did the purchased and paid within 30 mins and was so nice she smiled and very sweet.
