I went to this store for 3/4 2x4 sande wood. Website said 33 in stock so I figured it was safe to go to get it. When I got there the shelf was empty. After spending 10min looking for an employee he tells me he is off and for me to go to customer service so they can page someone. Instead of walking all the way across the store I call the main store phone number. They answer and say someone will be right there to help me. After 15 min I call the number again. Employee said if he can’t find someone he will come himself. On one shows after another 15 mon so I go try to find someone. I finally see someone and he says he works in lumber. I ask him to help locate the 33 pieces it says they have. He makes a huge stink saying “oh I think it’s buried outside on a pallet and will take a while to find”. Then he rolls his eyes. At this point I am furious so I say forget ir and I am heading to a competitor.

Terry in Garden IS DA' BOMB!!! She took the time, at the end of the day, when the big doors at the garden center were closed and walked w me all the way to the main entrance, to then walk with me along the front of the store, & almost all the way back to the Garden Center JUST to show me where the roses were!! NEEDLESS to say Terry is a SUPER STAR!!! & the whole time she chit chatted w me about roses & how to prune and maintain them. I was SOO GRATEFUL to Terry & ended up buying 8 rose bushes!

Typically doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Poor selection of lumber. Some lumber selections are simply useless. Good luck getting assistance. Walked out after long waits to cut lumber. Many times there is nobody to check you out and on one occasion, unable to check out because of computer issues. I’ve pretty much elected to shop at another store.

Krysten needs to find a different career and should never be allowed to be in customer service. She was great at giving us attitude, and disrespect.

Time and time again for YEARS this location has provided above and beyond customer service from the parking lot to the back wall.

I love walking through the store to view garden-related items. I also find that the store has a great selection for most home projects and repairs I need. Have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and Home Depot is always my first choice.

We had a wonderful experience with Diane Ende who works in the flooring department. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered the Bali sliding panels. We had someone come to our house to measure and he will be the same person to install the blinds. Very smooth process this far.

This was the first time that we purchased carpet through Home Depot and everything went really well. Everyone involved was very professional and took the time to explain the process. The installation process went very smoothly and again, very professional. I would recommend Home Depot to family and friends for sure.

The revamped checkout area is absolutely awful. Very difficult to navigate bulky carts into the area and no room to comfortably scan items. Horrible choice Home Depot!

Managers Cody, Chris and other associates turned a very bad experience with Home Depot online into a business saving solution that took some caring creativity, and in the end has a loyal customer, that was determined to never come back to Home Depot when the day started. I now know I trust this management team and associates to care enough about my business to deliver as promised, or make it right when issues arise. Best experience I’ve had going to hardware stores for 30 years. Highly recommend them for your business.

I shop at several Home Depot stores. Just depends where I am. This store is by far my favorite.

I shouldn't have to check myself out when I am spending money. If you want to pass a discount on to consumers who you are making work at your store that's fine but I shouldn't have to work there to buy something

Military savings is not what it used to be, but it is still great. I saved $92 on buying a water heater and related paraphernalia, including both gallon and spray paint. The discount changed to a max of $400 per year a few years ago and no longer includes "some commodity products (including lumber, wire, building materials), value priced merchandise, appliances, tool rental fees, labor items, gift cards and services including freight and delivery.") We often surpass $4000 in purchases in most years, but not sure if we reach the $400 max discount since they changed it. But 10% more than takes care of the taxes on most purchases which I love. On the high side, HD also supports the military in a lot of other ways too, and to the tune of $500 million according to an email from several days ago. So kudos to HD. Now if they can get their online local inventory amount to match their actual in-house inventory amount more often, we will be smooth sailing.

Beatrice was very friendly as I walked up to the register. Another staff member was able to help me make some decisions on purchase that saved me some good money. Great work.

Cindy and Gage our phenomenal workers and they bust their butts working to ensure customer satisfaction. These two deserve raises in salary, not a pizza party, not a golden star on a chalkboard, not a pat on the back or a high five! MO MULA! I know sea level types have a bad habit of rewarding good employees with either more work or pizza parties, but these two did phenomenal work and they deserve salary increases only! You two rock! This is my favorite store to shop at. Always has what I need or looking for. Easy check out. Great return policy. Always tons of product to look at. Great store.

First off we came to the Home Depot to rent a pallet jack, and the gentlemen in the veterans hat working the store dealt with a frustrated customer perfectly even though she was being rude. After they helped us we realized the pallet jack we rented would not fit the pallets on the Home Depot order we were picking up. We went to customer service and they totally hooked us up and made our order be able to switch to delivery. After that was set up the forklift operators kindly removed our order from the truck and stored it for delivery Outstanding service here at this store

Henry helped us select our new refrigerator and provided exemplary service. He was kind, patient and educated us on all our options. He brought up all facts and benefits of the products and gave us his personal and professional opinion which was so helpful. We left fully satisfied in our purchase decision and happy and grateful for the amazing service

Every time I come to the Queen creek location I’m impressed with the service and knowledge that the staff provides. Most notably is the stocking at this store. Time and time again I come in for odd ball items for specific projects and without fail there is someone here to help me come up with a solution and actually have the product in stock. It’s nice to get things when you need them and not have to wait a week for an online order.

I love this Home Depot. Cindy the assistant manager is amazing and deserves to run the place! She is so kind and helpful. I’ve been going to this same location for 9 years and I’ve met dozens of managers over the years and she by far has made an impact on my life making sure I am taken care of and my needs are met. Along with all the other employees here I’ve always been helped in every department. I shop here almost daily for all my business and home needs.
