I bought a grill from this store when San Tan was just getting built. l started having issues with the grill and also had issue with the warranty. Rusty and Hailey took the time to get me squared away and they went above and beyond my expectations and needs. Since I had such great experience with them, I will be taking the time to drive to this store from now on.

I went in trying to hang a solar shade that has to connect to my block wall. I'm new to AZ so I was unaware of the best approach and Phil helped me with a solid recommendation and helpfulness and finding everything. The rest of the staff was also particularly helpful.

I shop here quite often and I am hardly ever disappointed.

The furniture caster/mover/slides were good quality and I am grateful the sizes I needed were in stock and all with one visit.

We had to drive a bit but this was the closest HD to have what we wanted. It was the first time we visited but will not be our last!

Cole-I believe who works in the flooring or cabinet dept went above and beyond to help me today get the storage containers I needed. :)

The knowledgeable design staff made getting the cabinets for the office and kitchen a memorable experience.

We called ahead for some flooring product availability and not only did they have it, the gal we spoke with had them waiting for us in a cart!!

The wheel barrow I came to purchase was in stock, but none were available because the 16 that were in stock, were not put together yet, and would not be for two more days. After talking with Eddie, the store manager about my dilemma (needing a wheel barrow immediately), he upgraded me to a better wheel barrow, at the same price as the one that I had originally came to purchase!!! Thank you, Eddie!!!!

I use the items that I buy at this store , but if I cant its easy to return them !!

The staff at this store is always available and ready to help. Even when I’m not looking for help, someone’s always checking in with me to make sure. Store is very clean and organized.

the employee at the return desk was excellent. cynthia was quick with my paperwork and was a very pleasant person to deal with.

I never have a hard time finding anything in the store because the store is always Clean and organized, and usually stocked with all the items they sell.

We originally were approached by a two gentleman to help us with a sander. They had used sanders before and gave us some advise between the two we were debating on selecting. Then we had an additional questions, which the original gentleman asked William and Eddie for more assistance. Everyone was welcoming and helped us for what we needed at the store. Great experience and very welcoming staff.

5 years ago we purchased a Rheem Water Heater with a 6 year warranty. The heater started leaking and was directed by Rheem to return to the Queen Creek Home Depot where we purchased it. It is the Saturday after Black Friday, and a long line had formed for returns. However, the line moved very quickly. I didn't have a receipt but had all of my warranty information from Rheem, a manager Phil was called to help the kind cashier (Jonnie) figure out our return. Phil was so respectful to the cashier and to us I felt relaxed for the first time. Phil helped us find the water heater replacement and had an associate help us with the needed washers and fittings. As we were moving towards checkout, the cashiers offered assistance, Susan checked us out and we were heading out the door in less than an hour. As we were loading the water heater, an associate came up and offered to help load the water heater. It was really nice!

I have always been pleased with the customer service at my Home Depot in Queen Creek

As my wife calls it "Man Land", I can get lost in la-la land in here and spend hours just looking around.

When I walked in the store I was greeted with a "Hello" I want in for a poo scooper not knowing if they would have it or not. I spoke with Roger. Not only was he smiling the entire time he looked on his phone to find the product and walked with us to the location making our trip amazing. We headed to check out and the lines were moving fast but Sydney whonwas managing the self check out asked if we were checking out and checked us out as if we were in lime making the traction go even smoother. These are ro examples of high level customer services in 1 visit. You don't find this often these days. I write over 50 reviews a year on different sites I'm am in the top 5% of reviews writers for Google. I can honestly say I am very proud to write this review and call Home Depot my store.

Just a quick shout out to all your Queen Creek staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. It doesn't go unnoticed! Keep up the stellar service

You guys really should update all of your pin-pad/ registers because I'm so sick of not being able to pay with my phone. I've had to run out of the store countless times because I forgot you guys are still stuck in the stone age.

The employees always greet you from the time you go through the entry and as you are browsing trying to remember what you came there for in the first place. I absolutely love going there because they all want to help you.

Bought a fridge and a few other items, and the store employees were very helpful with setting up delivery. Had a question later that I called in for, and there was no hold time to speak with a manager who was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I bought paint for my house and it was a huge order but Brenda made my visit short and very pleasant. Iris saved me 150.00 when I opened a Home Depot card which I was pleased, I would highly recommend this location for any project needed the staff is very friendly and helpful.
