I WILL ONLY SHOP THERE IF I NEED PAINT ON MONDAY THRU FRI DURING THE DAY WHEN STEVE IS WORKING

Pro desk is rude and only wants to do phone sales, not help contractors that go in the store themselves

Cashier Steven was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous

Very nice location and clean store. Overall I love shopping here. One thing to improve on.... Customers... If they look lost or confused ask them if you can help.

Our experience today and every time we visit the store is a pleasant experience. We needed a paint sample we brought in made into a concrete stain color. They were more than happy to make it happen. The best part was they stated that that if we got it home and were not satisfied to bring it back and they would make it right. We always buy Behr paint and stain. It can't be beat.

This is a great store, the employees are so friendly and helpful I have purchased gardening supplies, appliances, and counter-tops from them and lots of barbecue stuff. love the motion light bulbs and employee told me about.

Our experience was much more positive today. We went in for a few things and we were assisted by someone in your millworks department, she assisted us with finding the towel rack we needed. When we checked out, Susan was fantastic, She was very friendly and smiling. We chatted a bit and had a good laugh. She provided us with great service, thanks so much Susan for my making our visit to your store so pleasant!

If you need quality service for the Garden Dept. go see Julie! And Rusty is a manager in the store who truly listens and cares. Need help out in a moments notice? Ask for Lodge or Christian. These 4 people made my day happen and with a cheery disposition. They care. Rusty even helped me load my purchase into my truck! Wow!!

This is generally a good store, where many workers reach out to help. One of the cashiers, Kathleen in Garden, is always kind and gracious and makes me feel welcome each time I come.

Clean store. Orderly sections and most importantly, educated and helpful staff. Assistant Manager Rusty is incredibly helpful.

Every time I have entered the store the employees and managers are always very helpful and attentive to their customers.

Needed help with some large items - store employee got us a flatbed cart, loaded the items, took them to the front and then two other employees loaded our car for us. PLUS this store had exactly what we needed. Overall an excellent experience!

Great clean store with great people ready to service customers

All employees have been helpful on every visit to help with all product questions and assisting with the knowledge to get the project done right! They have such friendly staff!

Purchased a 61" Husky tool box. Expensive. When it came in they called to explain they weren't going to ship it because it had a small scratch and dent. That's integrity! Imagine receiving a dented $1000 dollar toolbox? Didn't happen. When the replacement box arrived 2 days later there was a scheduling problem with the delivery truck. They called me again to apologize and explain and actually had two employees deliver the box to my home at 8pm that night! Then, even though I never asked, they credited me the delivery charge because of the delays. That's customer service! Brie and her team are very caring and honest. Can't ask for better service than that.
