Staffing inadequate. Poor greeting skills. Poor safety checks, resulting in paint spilling in my vehicle.

Went in today for moving supplies for a military move, couldn't even get down the aisle to get to the products. (That carriage in the middle of the aisle is not mine, mine is shown in the bottom right corner). I asked a sales associate for help finding something and he was less than willing to help. Him and another sales associate joked at how messy the aisle was saying it was "crazy over here and someone needs to clean it".... isn't that their job??? I wasn't able to find the boxes that I came in looking to purchase. I shop at this location regularly but this experiences makes me never want to go back. I may have to start shopping at the other Quincy location instead.

I expend more than $2000 in an order and after that I give them two days in advance to prepare my order. I show up and my order wasn’t ready and they make me wait for almost 3 hours to get everything. Not only we’re missing some items but to make the matters worse they gave me a seven dollars ($7)ridiculous discount for being sorry about the delay. Thanks for nothing Home Depot.

The return policy , asking for an id when I am a pro extra customer with an receipt

Had to pick up an online order. Called and was on hold for 25 minutes. Call was dropped; next attempt the phone rang forever, then once it was answered, was on hold again for a while. Once I was engaged, everyone was pleasant and cheerful and the rest of the process was delightful. They just need to Answer The Phone.

Convection fan on range didn't work and they want me to return. Last thing I want to do. Already disposed old range. Stairs and removal of doors and getting help. I just want fixed. Hope repair goes well. I like this model. Heats fast

I have had some trouble in the past getting items delivered timely that I ordered online partly because they got routed to a different store. So I went to customer service at this store near me in hopes they have inventory to ship direct to me. Expecting delivery three days later.

I was buying some supplies. A helpful agent inform me of the sale on an item. I stocked up on it. I was appreciative on on being informed. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to mention.

Quincy 2 must be their showcase store .Plenty of stock great service.

Love the store as I used to run the pro desk! However the isles are too full of clutter and stock should either be centralized or put away!

Avoid this Home Depot. Terrible customer service. The Home Depot employees I interacted with could care less about helping me find something. Go to Curry Hardware down the street where they pride themselves on customer service.

Yes, if you look at your cameras during my time of visit, June 6, 2024 at 1:54pm is time of purchase, you can see one other employee earlier, not a manager, pawning off customers for Sean to deal with. But I believe he works in the same dept as Sean. That worker needs to learn his own job and do more and not re-direct customers to Sean. In my experience, there is always one good employee that works like 5 employees. Not fair to Sean. Sean is the best! Sean needs a huge raise without doing others' work. The other employees need to do learn more and do their job!!!!

Went to this Home Depot and knew exactly what I wanted. No need to have any employees help me in my search for my product. Then opted to do a self check out so I could get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. An employee didn’t even offer to help but instead just took over the self check out process and was very overbearing Throughout the whole process. Not even talking to me and being slightly aggressive. Opted to enter in my email address so I didn’t get a receipt and she completely ignored my wishes and printed a receipt and told me to be on my way way. A terrible experience would not recommend and would happily go out of my way to go to a different Home Depot.

This is a great branch of Hime Depot! The employees are all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
