The store is well organized and dedicated, friendly cashiers at construction materials area make it very easy to get in, and get out quickly.

Assistance was very easy to find and show me exactly what I needed.

I FOUND EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED QUICKLY STORE WAS VERY CLEAN EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IS EACH AND EVERYTIME I GO THERE

We are new at this, were updating our kitchen, had lots of questions. Gerry Earle, Design Consultant was patient, knowledgeable, could not have been more wonderful. I called him with additional questions and went back to the store and he was just as great on the follow up. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We dealt with another individual and I am sorry that I cannot find his name and he helped us with cutting of clapboard. The cashier at the return desk, Timothy, TXE4059, was friendly and helpful and asked if I needed help carrying things to my car. These three people really shaped my opinion of Home Depot. This is what it used to feel like when you Home Depot first opened, you could go and ask knowledgeable people, then for a while it felt like there was not that training or knowledge for a while and apparently it is back and better than ever.

I was having a terrible day today and I would like to thank cashier peter at the quincy adams home depot for being so kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. I talked his ear off and he still listened. thank you very much peter. youre the only cashier I will go to in the future.

The staff was courteous, very helpful. Excellent customer service. I am looking for another opportunity to visit the store.

I purchased a damaged ac unit and had a horrible experience with trying to return it via some delivery service with the Home Depot. I had to bring it back myself. I almost returned it for a refund so I could go across the street to Lowes and the Manager Jerome stepped in and made things right. Thank you Jerome!

Had to go in for a dehumidifier. Couldn't find them at first but associate was easily found and knew exactly where to go. They didn't try to sell me anything, just helped me find exactly what I needed.

Many customers waitting in line for only one register open and staffed. Lost a lot of time from job site waiting in line.

I ordered online, got notified the order was ready, and was in and out of the store in under 5 min. FANTASTIC

Extremely helpful and friendly associates (Quah and Eileen) who helped me and my mother find the matching paint color of our front door with the shutters and went back and forth to make sure it matches and we are satisfied. We really appreciated the effort, charisma, honesty and truely trying to help the customers. I live in Weymouth but will now drive to this Quincy store. They just made new Home Depot customers for any future home needs.

Went in for a simple toggle switch. Couldn't find the product so I TRIED to ask THREE associates for assistance. IGNORED by all three. It's like they go out of their way NOT to help you.. All that for a $3 switch. Will never go back to Home Depot. At least Lowe's knows how to treat their customers!!!

We went to purchase spray paint and a hand tiller. Both products were easy to find and cashing out was pleasant and easy.

Picked up a Toro Timemaster lawnmower after doing research on it for months. The box is large, heavy and hard to manage. Upon assessing the situation, I realized I would need assistance. Just then an Associate stopped and asked if I had any questions. I said yes, how will I ever get this thing into my vehicle? He smiled and said "we'll take care of that" . He assisted me getting the box onto a cart which he provided. A different associate at the register processed my Veteran discount, and both he and the lead cashier (who had to approve the discount) took a moment to thank me for my service to the country, a very nice touch. He then called an associate out front to assist me in loading the box onto my vehicle. Overall it made my purchase quick and painless.

Jeff in hardware should be general manager of your Northeast operations. I'm a retired professional and he has manager in his blood.

Horrible experience in the equipment rental department. Very rude and nasty associate. He should not be working with people. He's enough to scare you away from the store for good!!! Over charged for rental also.
