Vincent in flooring was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. In one sitting he helped me order everything I needed. He even suggested products that I did not know existed. He definitely made my Home Depot experience worth it.

Waited 20 minutes for manager to help with concern...ended up calling Corporate. When obtaining refund, I needed to correct the cashier about the amount of the return She turned to her trainee and said ' see these are the kinds of customers you might need to deal with '. Very unprofessional...and uncalled for. Will not shop this store again.

great customer service in the paint department!

This is the store I most frequently shop at. Generally, I usually find any items that I need without difficulty. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Particular shout out to Johanna in customer service who helped us over the phone and in the store resolve an issue of mistaken overpayment. She was most helpful and instrumental in resolving the issue quickly and competently. Thanks!

Associate in gardening (Vince) was really helpful as was the associate I spoke with first when I came in. I did not get his name but he appeared to have long dreadlocks under a "turban." He later also answered another question I had when I saw him again. I encountered a woman in another aisle who was less interested in helping me but overall my experience with Vince and the other associate made this a great trip.

The store was neat and all of the employees seemed as they respected the job and facility.

For the most part, given the complications of Covid-19 Home Depot has done its best to stay as stocked with product as much as they could

I’m renovating my kitchen and I fully recommend the designer Yanette as she was very knowledgeable about the products, she took her time and made her recommendations . She showed me around the store to the different departments which by the way was clean and stocked nicely. I especially liked how the employees I passed by were courteous and said hello to me. There were a couple products we couldn’t find but Yanette went out of her way to find them and I was very happy when she called me with the good news.

Horrible! Store associates on the floor seemed bothered when asked for assistance. Only 1 pro cashier open and she was pregnant. Could barely enter the store due to how long the check out lines were. Then when standing in line it was so crowded customers were unable to stand 6ft apart. The cashier was excellent friendly and made the experience a little better after waiting 1hour in line

The store supervisor is extremely nice and store is nice and clean

I would recommend this store location because it is close to my home. But if I had to travel here from a distance I would not. Employees are not knowledgeable here and most of the times does not help customers and stands around if there isnt anything to do and on their phones. Everytime asking for help they would say to go to the the cashier's desk to ask but then when you go there they have to call a manager which a few times took almost an hour.

This store is closest to my primary residence, and I always have a successful and enjoyable visit to the store, whether it be to purchase things in-store, that I may have researched on line, or pick up those products that I've ordered on-line at Homedepot.com. It's a very busy location, but members of the sales staff are always congenial and most helpful. Patience may be required at times due to the volume of people that the store handles. Overall, a great experience.
