The associates were available to answer questions yet were not pushy and overbearing. After we made our decision they were happy for us. The employees all helped each other.

The employees and management at this store are always willing to take the time and help with any of your needs. They listen and give good advice when asked and take the time to check other stores if an item is not available. I like shopping this Home Depot the best. Shout Out for JASON R !!!!!

Finding an associate took some time, but nothing more than a few minutes. The forklift driver was incredible helping to locate my items and getting them from the outside area (the snow blower was on a pallet and required assistance to bring it to the cash register). Unfortunately, some items that I called less than 15 minutes ahead of time were not in the store despite being told on the phone that there were plenty in stock (great way to get people to show up to the store and try to bait and switch them). Another associate was also incredibly helpful to as I was with my mother, who requires a cane to walk and the store was a complete mess, which made it impossible for her to get around many aisles, so he assisted me and finding my items while my mother could take it easy at the font of the store. The two associates (not sure if that is the correct term for the one forklift driver) were so nice to bring everything down to the last cash register and helped guide the snow blower into my SUV after I pulled it into the open bay door. It was a great shopping experience even though the phone help desk I called prior to driving to the store was a complete waste and I was almost ready to just give up and go elsewhere for my supplies.

I needed to buy mulch. The first associate couldn't find any of the sale mulch, so I went to the front desk.Jason Rotondo was about to leave for the day to pick up his son. Instead, he saw on the computer there was more mulch in the store and walked me back to find it. He, Tom Villanova and Ricardo Knight realized that I am a frail older woman, so they loaded the dolly, taping some open bags that I wanted as well. When they found that my car was too small to load all the bags, Ricardo offered to deliver it to me in a company van. He delivered it, piled it neatly in my driveway and refused a tip. These 3 associates were scheduled to be off duty, but they stayed late to help me and went above and beyond what I would have expected. I am very appreciative of their assistance.

Adam the garden associate that helped me was great, he is an asset to your store, helpful, professional and pleasant. The check guy (Kary) was good too, funny and pleasant. Unfortunately, two of your carriage guys were singing, swearing and comments about customers that were coming into the store. They were acting like they were hanging on a street corner. Very unprofessional. I patronized your store 8/22/15 @ 3:30.

I always vow "never again," but when I can't find what I need at Ace on Willard and am forced to use HD I ALWAYS have a bad experience. It is impossible to find help. The employees are rude and condescending. There is an emphasis on quantity over variety, and the prices are ridiculous.

One is almost always greeted by a store associate at the front entrance to the store, whom asks how can they help you! If there is a product I want, but do not know where it is, having this customer service person there at the front entrance to help me, makes my trip to the store go smoothly and quickly!

Jason helped us and recommended the best method for planting our new Limber Pine tree. He told us he was there for 12 years and would always be there to help! Very pleasant experience. The whole garden staff: Jamal and Matt were excellent and friendly. Love this store! I watched Jason push to help a deaf customer in the gentlest way! Really nice!

The Store Is a Great Store and Have Great Service. The Workers Have a Good Sense of Work and Give Great Attention To The Buyer.

Jason in the home garden center went out of his way to ensure my husband and I selected the appropriate plants for our home! He went above and beyond to help us and delivered exceptional customer service. He definitely gained us as a loyal customer we will be returning for all our plaining needs!!

Staff were nice. Store could be a little more clean especially the bathroom. Need more light fixture selections.

I am a Contractor and normally start my shopping experience at the Pro desk. The staff there are always eager to help and pleasant, even at 6:00 am when myself or my crew arrive. There are two other Home Depots stores in the area surrounding our office, but we all consistently use this particular store due to the help and speed in getting us in and out of there. In our business, time not spent out in the field is time lost and money wasted. So, as the owner of the business, their quick response time, is something I value. PS Tim at the register, he works evenings, has also been a tremendous help to me when I have to pick up supplies at night for the following morning.

I visited this store while in the midst of putting together/decorating for a graduation party with over 200 guests. The associates were unbelievably patient, supportive & took the time to explain why they were giving me the particular supplies and made sure I understood how to install & use them all. I have to admit I was surprised by all the help and advice they gave me.

As soon as we walking in and Kevin introduced himself, we started having a wonderful experience. He took us to every department we needed and even explained things that we needed that we had no idea about. If he didn't know an answer he went and found someone that did. Then we met Greg and he was so encouraging and letting me know I could do this project. Being a woman that means a lot.

Great knowledgeable employees. Fun place to shop and get ideas too.
