Nobody has a better plant selection especially this time of year than Home Depot. They have the best of every size and variety you need. I will always go here for my plant needs.

We were helped by Samantha to order from 7 different departments today and she was knowledgeable about all of them

Started with a phone call, they're on the way. Five minutes later they called that they were lost. Started giving the directions and they hung up on me. I sent them a Google map link. Next got a call from dispatch that they were lost. Told rep I'd sent Google map link. They arrived while rep was on the phone and she hung up. I walked out and told them which door to come in through. Lead installer wanted to see my kitchen. He told me they couldn't install the microwave because of tilled backslash. I told him I had masonry bit and dowels. He called his department and got "washing machine" department. He tried again and got microwave department. He handed his phone to me and supervisor said he couldn't do install. Frustrated I said, "just bring microwave in", I'll handle it myself (I've got a torn rotator cuff). He used a connection hose he brought. I showed him a new one I had been told to buy. He installed the stove with the hosehe brought. His connection hose was stainless, mine was stainless but had a vinyl covering. He installed it 6" away from wall. I just wanted him out of my house. I signed the receipt and he left. I looked at his installation and the hose was kinked (I have pic). I pulled stove out, removed his connection, re-sealed the fittings, shaped the threads and hose, and now it's within 2" of the wall. I cleaned up and saw several "warning" notices about "Tip-Over Hazard". He never installed Tip-over brackets. This crew has no business doing installations! Their work was sloppy, rushed and unsafe.

I stood in line to checkout once there the machine would not take any of the 10 dallors bills , the checkout people said they could not take that money it’s to old .There answer was take the money and turn it in at the bank . Bank said it is illegal cash why they wouldn’t take it is crazy

Good customer service

It has been quite some time that I have walked into a store and EVERY employee is friendly, kind and helpful. These people actually seem to enjoy their jobs and go out of their way to help.

I wanted to get 4x8 plywood cut. Pro desk saw me in aisle did not offer to help all 5 employees seating talking and eating. So if you want to pay for a product and get zero customer service shop HD Racine. Also waiting game at panel see. I will say cashier was friendly.

Tried to buy a snowblower. “said free delivery “ and was told doesn’t apply either nor does my military discount the store sign in the area says free delivery. Thought i was treated with little respect and they did not even try to reconcile the situation so i will shop elsewhere and suggest that to all my friends

Have was greeted by a young lady named Crystal. She was absolutely incredible amazing and kindhearted. I showed her what I was wanting to get for my grandson and she said no worries. We got this. Just shy of holding my hand she walked me through every step, and even offered to keep it for me behind the counter until I could pick it up on Saturday as I was ice fishing for the weekend. If you could clone this young lady and put her in every store, you would do amazing things.

hate this store. Won't help you and the military discount program is an insult to military

Every time I go in this sore I see a lot of employees none of whom ask if I need help with anything. When I When I look at them they look the other way.

Employees are always helpful, and they are always around. The store is clean and well stocked.

Bought a new dishwasher vary happy with the way it works. Only thing is I wish it came with everything that you need to hook it up. I should not have to go out and buy the 90 ⁰ elbow for the water pump. I didn't need that on the old one the water line hooked right to the pump.

Picked out Toilet, Vanity, Kitchen Sink and Faucet with help from young lady in Plumbing. HD Personnel helped load all purchases expediently and organized load in Vehicle (Subaru Forester).

Milwaukee tools need to make better on their warrantee . I have purchase thousands of dollars in home depot buying Milwaukee power tools and when you take them to the repair centers they always are trying to not fix them and they say that is not cover in their warrantee it's always an excuse not to cover anything . Someone needs to look into this . Take a look at all theirs service centers reviews and see what I'm talking about. If this keeps happening home depot will be the ones that are in lost .Example I purchase a M-12 light that you can mount into the metal so it can stay in place when i work . So when I removed it the magnets that are supposed to stay inside the plastic housing they come out . They were never glue correctly or made to stay in place . I took it to the repair center in Brookfield ,WI and they are saying that I broke it . How did I broke it ? .The magnets are popping out of the housing . So they tried to sell me a new one and also keep my old one at the same time . If my old one is not good why are you want to keep it. Maybe to sell it after you fixed it ? . No good . If I would of bought this at the supply house I would of gotten a new one with them but since I purchase it at the home depot and it pass the 90 day I'm out of luck. No more of this it needs to be stopped . I don't have a light any more that is a magnet type .I now bought me a Velcro strap and keep it in place and using it.

Wife and I just bought a new washer Katie was excellent and in the past Courtney was very good as well she is a keeper

If you need anything go to Kenosha or Franklin. The Racine store doesn’t carry most of what a contractor needs!
