Totally happy with my visit and purchases
My first snow storm living in Reno, so I needed a snow shovel ASAP to clear the sidewalk (required) and walkway to front door. Home Depot had a selection of at least 7 models! What do I know? I took photos, texted my husband for his opinion (we're both in our 70s!), discussed, decided, got a 30-pound bag of salt. An associated brought me a cart and kindly loaded the bag in the cart. At self-checkout STEPHEN whisked me through the process using my gift card, then arranged for another associate to load everything into the back of my car. As soon as I unloaded the snow shovel, I couldn't stop myself! I started shoveling the walkway. I am so pleased with the shovel we bought! In the past six months, we have purchased an induction stove with oven, a washing machine, and clothes dryer from this same Home Depot at 6590 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89511. Thank you all. We'll be back!

            Wasted my time as they did not have anything on the shelf as they claim on their website.Employees have no regard about customer service. Young kids that have no interest in working for a paycheck except the paycheck itself. Never set foot in this store unless you have extra time to waste

              Faith in the Pro Dept has helped us now 4-5 times and she is a very confident knowledgeable employee. When I see her I know we will be treated with respect and she’s knows her inventory. This Home Depot is lucky to have her.

                          Frustrated with Home Depot's arrangement via USA Bath for bathroom remodel
                          On 9/25/24 USA BATH provided a $36000 estimate for our remodel project. After 4 attempts fo have USA Bath provide a promised Fulfillment Package, I complained to HD Credit department. USA Bath came on 11/4/24 and we adjusted the project for an additional $8000. We still do not have a Fulfillment Package with details of our project. There is no timeline for beginning the project. We have concerns that the Fulfillment Package will not conform to the verbal agreement made with USA Bath in our home.

                            Every time I go no matter what time or day it is, the staff are genuinely super friendly! I've even been greeted in the parking lot on my in! I never have to look for someone to help me and they walk me all the way to the item and make sure I find what I need. The cashier's are super friendly and upbeat as well. It makes my trips so much easier knowing I can count on this stores team!

                                Worst Experience EVER!!
                                After 5 visits to the store, the flooring associate could not get my order in the computer. The store manager finally had to do it. Part of the order was not received by the manufacturer and had to wait another 2 weeks. The to add insult to injury, the wrong order was delivered and I had to call the store to let them. I’m praying that the flooring installation goes much, much better. Amazing that so many mistakes could be made on a $20K order. Poor customer service all around!!

                                    Terrible
                                    None of the lumber had prices, all of the wood was moldy or broken. I grabbed a couple pieces and they were $6.78 when online it said $3.78. I should of gone to my local hardware store.

                                            The best shopping experience in a long time.
                                            The customer service was amazing. So many employees asked me if I was finding everything OK and if I needed any help, When I did, they were knowledgeable, and if they were unsure, they found someone that could answer my particular question and located me in the store to let me know the answer. I have been in many Home Depot and never have been treated with such exceptional customer service as I did in this Home depot. Thank you.

                                              HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
                                              The store manager and FES are super sensitive they got rid of the VOC on the bottom of the receipt because of the reviews they get because of how poorly the manager is to the employees I feel so bad the Reno store is not gonna have any employees to help customers because they run them all out

                                                    Bad Customer Service
                                                    Order 2 different items about a week ago and have had nothing but issues. The 1st item I bought was supposed to be at my home last Monday and was canceled for no reason given. Got it rescheduled for Wednesday and then that was canceled for no reason given. Called in and got it scheduled for the next day and it showed up at 7am. Looked like they just had an employee run to my house and drop it off. The second item is a refrigerator that was delivered yesterday (Saturday) and after hooking up the water line i found out that the appliance is defective. Had water pooring out of the bottom of the fridge and about an inch of water underneath the bottom drawer. The delivery drivers had already left and long gone at this point. I called up and the lady on the phone got in touch with samsung and they determined it was defective and a new one needed to be shipped out but I was told that I had to call back in a couple hours because it showed in transit still. Called back like I was instructed and the new rep wanted to just send a tech out. I said to look at the account and he saw that they were supposed to call samsung again to get this figured out. I was told by the rep that samsung would call me in 24hrs to get this scheduled. Waited about 28 hrs with no call from samsung. Called back to see what's going on and this new rep said its now 24 business hrs. I am now going on 3 days with not a fully functional fridge and most likely it will be over a week before I do. Some sort of compensation so be give for all of this. No one seems to care about this. Totally unacceptable!!!!

                                                        Paint and supplies purchase
                                                        What a great job, Jade, in the Paint Department, performed for me on 5/22/2024! She took my 20-year-old Behr paint can and texture color chip, my outside stucco color chip, matched and mixed my paint to perfection! She was courteous, professional and well-skilled! Give her a big pay raise!
