I bought a gas grill today that was on the floor with many other high end grills. It’s being delivered tomorrow fully assembled and the salesman and checker could not have been more helpful. A pleasure to shop there.

My husband and i went to this store to buy new appliances as we are moving to our new home, Marquis has been very patient and helpful in assisting us with our needs and even took time to explain to us savings and stuff

Most days the cashier is grate. He is well versed on inventory and very patient with the not so focused patrons. I don't think I've ever made it past with out a well timed greeting

I asked a custom vynil cut of 54 in in length. However, I got almost a foot more. Big different in the end price. So make sure to watch them as the cut stuff for you.

I needed to return Ryobi tool boxes, the stacking, interlocking ones. I had just purchased it last week, but the item is too difficult to use, so I went back to The Home Depot to return it. LLUVIA did everything right. She: greeted me, smiled, asked home could she help me, was not distracted during the transaction, sincerely listened, used full sentences, had eye contact, worked fast, knew how to do her job w/o needing to ask for help!! What a refreshing employee!!!

I was a little intimidated to go into the Home Depot because I needed help but didn’t know where to even start and I was nervous about feeling stupid. Luy came up to me and he was so kind! He helped me get everything I needed to complete my project and was so patient helping me find the right things. I am so grateful you hire exceptional people like him. I’ll be excited to ship here again for sure!

Went to get flood barriers. This store didn’t have the other size. Bought 10’ sections at this store. Employee Alejandro called Dalmonte Store they had the other size and had them hold while I drove over there!!!

Went into this store looking for husky sae/mm nut drivers. Home Depot app says they have them in stock, after 1 1/2 hrs I just gave up on the employees pawning me off on to other employees and making me do a wild goose chase. No one in the world wants to work or help people any more.

The store is neat staff friendly

Might I recommend steamboat Home Depot? Or Northtown? A number of the employees here definitely do not like their job and do not feel that it is necessary to fool anyone over thinking they do.

When I purchase a product, I have no worries that the project is going to be the right, strong efficient and lasting for the jobs that I do I’m a bricklayer and I tile setter. I am a mason basically and I do a lot of ordering from you for I also ordered from Basalite who is your distributor? Who is your manufacturer where I live if that doesn’t tell you that I like your service and the ease in which to get the product and I can save it more your number one. Thank you.

This is not my home store, but I darn sure wish it was. Jason at the customer service counter was very helpful. I found everything I need with some help from the team here.

nothing special about this store; sometimes its dirty, sometimes its clean. the employees are just going about their business and only help if you ask (which is fine with me). but the worst part about this store are the customers: half wander around as if they are the only souls on the face of the earth; the other half are trades people who are typically cheap, lazy, cheap, whiney and cheap (only they seem to be worse at this store). it must be the neighborhood.

Mariel was super helpful and guided us through ordering a custom door for our home. She was patient and very knowledgeable. We will return to this store in the future. Thank you for your help, Mariel!

Vet Miserable cashier

I was impressed with Stephen the cashier. He genuinely wanted to help me with my question about planting basil. But when he realized he really didn't know the answer, he admitted it, rather than waste time. He was sweet.

John had stopped on his way to his break to help me make 24 keys! He did not have to stop but he did. He was kind, personable, and extremely helpful!

I travel almost an hour and a half just to shop at this specific store. I have shopped at this store for many years and I have never been disappointed. I own my own carpentry business and I special order lots of different things for different jobs and I have never been disappointed with their customer service or product delivery.

Employees were very helpful checking out and loading our huge flooring order.. the best service I’ve had in a long time! Shout out to Damian and Levi!
