The store wasClean and workers were helpful to me friendly as well.

The Associate that helped us was not from that particular department but did not hesitate in getting answers we had about leaf blowers. She found a much better choice for our particular situation than we had originally considered and at a price that fit our budget. Unfortunately, I had to search for an Associate to help us since none was in sight. After locating one in an adjoining department, she called for someone to assist us but since no one responded, helped us out herself. Cudos to her.

Fast service. Very helpful in locating product using Home Depot web site as product was not on display in the store.

Was very satisfied with the help we received today. Store was very clean and in order. We will defiantly return to the Riverbank store it always seems to be the cleanest and the associates are so friendly.

Devan went above and beyond his duties to assist us with a color of paint that was discontinued, instead of passing us along and saying sorry we can't or do not carry it or make it. He researched up the codes, Did a color match and tried his best. He actually was able to match the color perfectly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was alone, but explained to all the customers waiting he right with them, answered their quick questions, and did his best in a timely manner. He deserves a homer award if this store does that program. Excellent workers need recognition and praises when they are doing well. As a contractor, I go into this store a lot. The staff is always very helpful and the store its self is one of the nicer ones. Good store for finding the materials I need on a daily bases. The tool section is my favorite.

I was asked at last three times if I was finding what I needed. It was a good experience. I was sold on the item before I got there Samsung Refridgerater because of my online shopping experiences. I just needed to see it in person.

Found the wood I needed very quickly. Had a store associate ask if I was finding everything I needed and when I said not yet he pleasantly showed me to the shop vacs and accessories I needed. This store is the best Home Depot of the three in this area.

In store almost daily, and ALL the associates are helpful and acknowledge us with friendly greetings and offer help when ever possible.

The associates work very hard to help their customers find the products they're in search of. Oftentimes, 'other' suggestions are offered if asked. Good people, but not enough of them to help all the needs of the many customers. I do appreciate the good folks there.

You always get a hello from the moment you walk in by the associates by the entrance. And you can ask them for immediate assistance. Works for me when I only need one thing I can get to it quickly so on those trips it's in and out.

It was very easy to find the product I was looking for and as soon as I got to that department Abe was there to help me. He directed me to the exact product I was interested in purchasing and answered all my questions. He told me that the product I was interested in was available for immediate delivery if I should need it to be. His demeanor was very friendly, but very professional. I would seek him out on future visits to help me again. I learned that Abe was new to the Riverbank Home Depot's sales staff, but I would never have guessed that. When it came time to write up the paperwork, because Abe was new his associate, William, showed him exactly what needed to be done. William was also very friendly and very professional. Together these two associates made my shopping experience very pleasant. Kudos to both you gentlemen and thank you! I am looking forward to my new "wood looking" tile floors!

If it was a little cooler during the hot weather would be nice

We purchased home and garden items and was very pleased with the help we had at the return counter. Terri was remarkable with the level of service that she gave us. You should clone her and place them in our sacramento store.
