There’s a woman by the name of Terri, she used to work in returns and was the most helpful person. Terri knows her job details very well. I run into her occasionally on the floor and she’s always helpful. It’s nice to have this positive interaction with Terri.

Employees are more polite lately. Only the ocatinal slacker. But Issac not the best employee. He doesn't deserve a raise. He was rude to his coworker and rude to me.

The last product on the shelf that we needed to buy was opened and missing a few pieces. We only needed 6 items, and the bag still had 6. Since we were willing to buy the opened product we were given a discount and the cashier helped us quickly use the self-checkout.

Drove from Sonora to Riverbank for lumber, stopped by paint department for paint and was met an very nice helpful employee. So refreshing to meet someone who seems genuinely pleased to help you, thank you Michael Lopez.

Either for insect spray (Ortho.)and/or fertilizer (Scotts) for the grass Home Depot has it all. But the multiple outdoor products are not all. Home Depot has top of the line Air Filters, Water Faucets (Kohler) , Toilet Seats, light bulbs (GE)of all shades and even a good old piece of chocolate at check-out

Most of the employees seem to have time to answer my question regarding inventory. On occasion I find myself expecting tool selection (an individual 2” x 1/4” drive socket extension) to be as I recall for the hardware stores of old, rather than the tool being bundled and sold as a “kit.” My tool box is flooded with tools that I had to buy (in a kit) in order to get the one that I needed! One area of this store that screams “Help me.” is lumber. It seems that this condition is ubiquitous throughout the “big box” kingdom. There are lumber racks where stickers are more prevalent than good lumber; culls abound. Recently I was shopping for some 16’ 2x4s. I was directed to the rack labeled as 12’ 2x4s. I took out my tape, and sure enough they were 16 footers. The price at check-out was as marked on the 12’ sign. Pity! Recently when purchasing fence pickets, I flipped through 20 boards to find 10 that were acceptable (Who wants a fence full of knot holes and split/cull boards?). Who does your lumber buying, and what does their fence look like? You get the point. A 4-H Intern would do wonders for your store (and the Intern just might learn a bit about lumber).

This store has helpful employees and seems to be well stocked.

The Riverbank Home Depot is the best kept location in the Central Valley. The store is always clean and well stocked! The employees are always friendly and helpful. When I need something from Home Depot, I always try to visit this location.

We were overcharged and when we went back to let the cashier know, she denied her mistake, took me to customer service to speak to a manager and never apologed when it was discovered that she overcharged us by $5.65!

I was in the store on 3/23/24, picked up a few items and went to the garden section to check out. I NEVER use the self check so waited for the available cashier to check me out. That was fine, don't mind waiting. When it was my turn the cashier never said a word to me, rang it up and while I paid (with card) he walked away and told me to just take the receipt when it came out of the machine. We were at the station that has the window and the cashier in inside. His name was Herbert and guarantee you that if I see him as a cashier or working inside to help me I will go to someone else.

Today I attempted to buy some items, to include a ceiling fan, which I did purchase today, and a stove top, and an oven, which I did not purchase today. However, I did have intentions to purchase those items. I tempted to find someone to help me and though lots of employees responded to me and no one ever came to answer my questions so I did not purchase the stove top or the oven, I do need both of these items sooner rather than later as my current stove top and oven are no longer working. Though people came by interested in the questions I had no one could get someone to specifically help me with my purchase. I will be back to this Home Depot as it’s the only game in town and I don’t really have a back up because I don’t wanna drive across town to the other one in Modesto nor do I wanna drive to the one all the way down in Ceres. I wish they would have a little bit more help in the appliances that is all.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, always finding a good product at a great price. I got 2 security screen doors for my home and I feel much better. I even got a discount on one because the packaging was messed up. Everything I need is right here for me and the staff is always helpful and informative when I have a question or need to locate something. Great store, great shopping always.

We bought a group of appliances for our kitchen and Bobby Maan helped us throughout the entire process. Great experience.

George is the garden center went over and beyond and I can’t thank him enough.

I had an amazing experience with this location and Antonette was such a great help. She was quick to assist me and fast to bring me the items that I ordered online. I will definitely be coming back to this location

I visited the store to cancel an online order and encountered the worst customer service. I never leave reviews and this store is overall friendly and helpful. This person at the service desk was rude, loud and aggressive. I’m sure I’m not the first customer to be treated this way by her. Tari, if you don’t like working with the public maybe you should work in the back.

Pretty much anything I need for a home repair they will have, even some unusual items. They even have pool chemical’s at a better price than local pool store. I even use them for some industrial supplies that I need right away and cannot wait for grainger or others that do not have a walk in warehouse.

I’d like to compliment your ROCKSTAR TEAM of OUTSTANDING employees! I came in tonight to purchase lumber and have it cut. And let me tell you, I was IMPRESSED! First, Tanner (manager) was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, very quick with figures & dimensions, and VERY PATIENT. He gave me absolutely THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! After this, I saw him HAPPILY help one customer and employee after another! Then Brandon (works in lumber) went out of his way to “find” me to help me, just as he said he would! He was INCREDIBLY efficient and quick cutting the wood, and SUPER kind. When he was called away to help in another department, Juan took over cutting the wood. He did a great job. MOST important though, was his AMAZING ATTITUDE (very much appreciated!), as he continued to say things that were SO POLITE, and to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Then he took my heavy cart of wood to the checkout and waited so that he could also load it into my vehicle. It’s wonderful to be able to go into a store and get help at “all” these days, but to have this kind of experience was just amazing! All 3 of these people were absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! Do not come to this store. Much better going to the Modesto store. Riverbank decided to shut down all their self checkouts back to only 2 registers open at a time. Long lines all the way down the aisle. Took me longer to checkout than to find what I needed. Been to 2 other home depot stores since no issue with using self checkout. quick trip like it should have been. 5 stars for Modesto and Manteca. 1 star for Riverbank

Clean store. Good selection. Great staff. Checkout process is a nightmare right now. Please step up management. No idea where the line is. Find the line and wait forever, while another line develops elsewhere and people fly out of the checkout without waiting in the big, unmarked line. Disaster since self checkout closed.

I was looking to purchase roofing supplies, it became a little bit of a longer process but the staff was very positive and helped me get what I needed. I am very happy with the people I worked with, Crystal and William (Will-i-am). I am happy with the way they handled every situation, as well as being patient and understanding my needs and concerns. I am very grateful to have had them help me with my purchase and look forward to seeing them again!
