At 5’ I needed help to reach grab bars on a high store shelf to install in my handicapped walk-in bathroom. The Home Depot Team helped me select the best products, explained the installation process so I could understand it, and obtain a Home Depot Credit card with a discount for a new account. A team member even put my purchases in my car.

The team here is always willing to help whether it be finding a product or talking through needs of a specific project.

I came into the store looking for a replacement part for my storm door I didn't know what type I needed. I was greeted by An employee named Adam who took the time to help me find the proper storm door hardware. I would have never known that I needed a heavy-duty replacement for the storm door but he assisted me for all the items I needed. The store is clean well organized, all the employees are really friendly! I really enjoy going to this Rocky River store I have been to other Home Depots but never got the level of service that I received in finding these replacement parts. I highly recommend the Rocky River store, it is a fast and friendly experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Way to Go home Depot!

I needed help buying wood and having it cut to certain dimensions. Adam helped me choose the correct piece, get it cut and find the right screws. I was just getting plywood to make my folding tables bigger for Thanksgiving. He gave me all the right tips and helped with everything. It was as positive an experience as anyone could ask for.

We purchased a new Anderson storm door that turned out to be faulty. The store made the effort to see that I was able to get a replacement. I always will shop Home Depot because they stand by their sale and take good care of the customer.

I am renovating my daughter's old basement bathroom and came to the nearby Home Depot for advice and supplies. Adam in Building Supplies not only recommended a course of action but personally took me to everything that I would need. I was very impressed with the level of customer service Adam provided. I also recognized how pleasant all the employees were from the time that I entered the store to the time that I left. It was very obvious that customer service is a priority. Thank you Adam and Home Depot!

I want to share about great experience at Home Depot today. Glen was going above and beyond with assisting us with material search for porch project. He answerred all our questions about materials, cost, delivery, instalation. He discussed few options with us and made us feel that our project is not only important to us, but also to him. We are definitely coming back and will be asking for Glen for all our future projects. Thank you Glen!

I went for a couple things and wasn’t sure where to look. An employee named Adam seen me and asked how he could help. He helped me find what I needed and then asked what else I needed. He helped me find everything on my list and was very enthusiastic about helping me. Best Home Depot experience I have ever had.

I will be the first to admit I am intimidated when I go to a hardware store. I am a female, and I am a senior citizen, so I definitely need assistance making the best choices. Rocky River, Home Depot has some of the best employees I have ever encountered at Home Depot. I would, especially like to shout out to Adam, who help me today with great suggestions, a kind, smile, and he help me save money too!

I needed help with finding the right paint for a small bathroom. Seth knew how to find and mix the color I wanted. He also guided me to the correct type of paint....

George exceeded my expectations in cutting a piece of culled lumber paneling to my exact request. He was pleasant to work with and competent. Two other associates I spoke with were helpful and polite.

I was greeted with “I can help you” and when I asked if she could determine which of my Home Depot cards had a credit, she said “I think I can do that” and within a few seconds she had the answer! Delightful lady and excellent service! Thank you!

George helped me find the ubiquitous item I was looking for.

I go into the store regularly and the employees, every department, have always been helpful. Whether I've needed to choose a type of paint, how to connect some plumbing fixtures, or just get an idea of a grinder toilet will work for my basement, they are always so helpful and able to give advise. The store is always clean, pleasant and I enjoy going there to shop.

Had a truly wonderful experience at home depot today. Was sent by my handy man to pick up some items, which I had trouble locating. While I was looking the associate Adam came out to me and ask if I needed help, he proceeded to help get everything on my list. He was so nice and truly willing to help.

My family and I needed assistance and had questions regarding heaters for the winter. An Associate named George went above and beyond to help us and discuss the different types of heaters. He was very knowledgeable. Additionally, George was professional and friendly. The store was clean and organized. My family and liked the seasonal decorations (Halloween and Christmas). I would highly recommend shopping at The Home Depot.
