The store is very accommodating in its layout. Items easily located in departments. The employees have always seemed to go beyond the “norm” in customer service. I have always been greeted with helpful staff on each occasion of being in the store! Well done!

Product was there & the sink was in the back of the store & they got the sink for us. The associates were friendly & helped us.

Riad In Lumber was a pleasure to shop with. He was very helpful, patient and understanding . He helped pick out the wood I needed and even cut it the sizes I needed for no extra price . Wonderful man he deserves to be recognized .

The Home Depot staff was very helpful. I needed to replace a banister. Adam, one of their employees, helped me find the original railing and the brackets used to mount the banister. I didn't even have a reference photo to show him.

A very clean store with knowledgeable people willing to help and even offer to get someone if they don't have an answer for you. I had a very good experience with Jermaine In Appliances & would recommend this store on that experience alone. I especially liked doing the entire purchase there in the department without having to take paperwork to the front of a store & wait for checkout like other places. Nice convenience. The store was clean. I like the dimmed lights to save on electricity & energy.

This is my go-to store for tools, project, and garden supplies. It's less than a mile from my house, which is very convenient. When I'm deep in a project, I can go there several times in a day without wasting too much time. Service is excellent, employees are friendly and helpful, and they always have what I need, even if I don't know what it is.

I went to the paint department at the Rocky River store today for a home project that I was starting. I was a bit lost on how to approach repainting my basement floor. I was greeted by Michelle who walked me through each step and showed me what I would need. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Michelle was knowledgeable and showcased a level of customer service I don't see often. I have everything I need for my project and, now with Michelle's help, all the information needed to do it well. Brava Michelle and the Rocky River store!

Had to spend $100 compared to the $69 I would have spent if you had enough of the product I wanted. This makes me think it was done purposely for me to spend more money; which of course gives me second thoughts of returning to the store.

All of the employees that I encountered were extremely courteous and helpful. This was the best experience of nearly every retailer, not just for home improvement.

The store was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outside garden center and appreciated the clearance perennials that were still available. Will shop there again when we are in that neighborhood.

My thanks to your employee-Andy-in lumber who helped me fill my order correctly even though I didn't know for sure if I had the right information. Andy is just the kind of employee any business would be glad to have on their staff. This is certainly the guy for you to hold onto.

Went to the store to get some form or glazing for some old windows, but wanted an alternative. Marty, in paints and supplies, steered me to a good caulk to use to make the job easier. He did a great job.

I needed a complex return from an online order of boards. Stephanie, the cashier, worked hard to make sure the correct amount was refunded to my card even though it was difficult to work through.

The store is always clean and I'm always greeted by a friendly store employee. I haven't had a bad experience in all the years that I have been shopping in this store, which is many! In my experience, the associates have been kind, helpful and have gone out of their way to help with anything I needed.

This Home Depot has some fabulous employees. Mr. Popp is the guy to see when you have any questions. he is Happy to help, knowledgeable, kind, takes you where the item(s) is, will answer any questions for you. The kindness continues throughout your experience. I will tell you, this isn't normal for other chain stores. If you are fixing up your home, check this store out.

We find that many stores don't have staff members that are knowledgable when it comes to their departments I have found this store to have staff members that actually have had experience in the areas they are working in!! Painting, plumbing, wood products. "Mike" in plumbing is excellent. He knows the products and comes up with solutions to help consumers that don't have a plumbing background. I have gone to other stores and they point to the area and walk away without asking what you are trying to do. Mike takes the time to listen and to be attentive to your needs. Store is clean, found what I needed.

They say one rotten apple spoils the bunch? Well, I won’t name the Rotten Apple at the Rocky River location but he has no business working customer service especially if you’re prior service (veteran), especially a female one, and you ask for your discount. He’ll tell you all about his 3 years in and how if he doesn’t get the discount, you shouldn’t either. Oh, unless you’re active duty or 20 years retired. Last I checked, that wasn’t Home Depot’s SOP. SOP - I wanted to use his military acronym he kept saying to me like I didn’t know what that meant. Anyway, last I read was ALL active and veterans get a discount. I’d like to see him tell my father who lost his legs or all the wounded warriors who served short enlistments due to injuries, that they don’t qualify. I will no longer shop at HD. Your competitor will only get my business from this day forward. Thanks, Dan - uh, I mean Rotten Apple. Thanks for reminding me about your SOP.

Though this is a smaller location that may not have the selection of other locations, I’m happy I have this one close to home. I am likely to find what I need in most cases and I have had great interactions with the associates there. Really enjoyed working with Melo in the lumber section upon my last couple visits.

Great experience, customer is always the best at this location and don't live in this area. I work down the street from the store and I prefer to always stop here on my way home and I have a Home Depot across the street from my home.
