Big store but not too big. There are some full time employees who are very helpful, especially in customer service and at the pro desk. Parking is easy, great freeway access.

GREAT STORE - REASONABLE PRICES - CLEAN - FRIENDLY STAFF

I've shopped at this store for many years and will continue to do so. I also frequently shop at the Warren, MI store because both stores are equally far from my home. I have always found Home Depot employees to be courteous and helpful. The stores are clean and the displays of products organized.

Theres always a warm greeting when I enter the roseville store ,someone always asks if they can help find something for me .They always have what I need and at better prices than the other hardware store

There were not enough people working, I had to wait up to 10 minutes for assistance in the lumber department, he grabbed the wrong size wood but I didn't want to wait any longer. There was only one cashier in the lumber dept. the line was very long 4 people in front of me and 5 behind, she was very nice but all alone.

Excellent store, the associates were friendly and very helpful, and the store was clean.

The last couple times I have been to this particular Home Depot, I have needed shades to be cut and no one was around. The first time I found someone to ask for help, they told me the only 2 people in the store that cut shades were receiving shipment, and told me to walk around for awhile then come back. (I have a 1 year old and the last thing he wants to do is sit in a cart for even longer than he has to) Once I got the shades cut and was checking out, I gave a gift card as partial payment. The check out clerk proceeded to scratch the pin number off, literally the entire number off and it was unable to read. I proceeded to spend roughly 30-40 minutes while several employees came over trying to read the pin number just for me to go to Customer Service where they had to reissue the gift card (which won't be available for 6 or so weeks) The Customer Service rep did give me $50 off this purchase (which wasn't even 10% of my total), but hey, it was something. This last time, again, no one was around to help when I needed shades cut. The closest employee I found was in lighting. They found the staff for my department, told them they had a customer and walked back over to me and said they were both with customers (which is fine, except one of them looked like they were on their personal cell phone, while the other employee truly was working with customers) As the lighting employee walked by they were mumbling and the only word I caught was profane. Was it directed at me? I'm not sure, but it was totally unacceptable. For a store where people spend several hundred or thousands of dollars at, you would think these employees would be more warm and welcoming.

I prefer this location to some, and markedly over nearby & OLDER competitors. Prices follow current trends, and store is well stocked. I recommend visiting thehomedepot.com to see if it's in-stock, or pre-ordering from my store's page for in-store pickup, both are sure to save time.

The staff in the paint department was exceptional. She spent a lot of time to assist me.

A man named Ted in hardware is very helpful. I try to see him when I shop at home depot. He knows everything and he is so helpful

Linda, Sarah, John, Katrina did a GREAT job finding the proverbial needle in a haystack! I admit I was frustrated, and I apologize if I showed it. They all looked for 1 of the 9 that were somewhere in the store. They even tried to get a substitute! They were caring, friendly and determined to help. Raises due!

Our Roseville store has a strong quantity of superior product lines and the service is exceptional. Thank you HOME DEPOT.....

This was a very good experience at the Roseville store. Salesperson was professional and had sufficient knowledge of the washers and dryers. She gave us plenty of information regarding rebates and warranty. It was a very pleasant, timely experience. I cannot remember her name, but the number on our receipt for the salesperson is LFW321. Thank you, to Roseville Home Depot!

Staff was very helpful in finding what I was looking for.. checkout was fat and courteous!! I was in and out in no time and back to work on the yard!!

normally I dont want to be bothered by employees at home improvement centers,Im usually just looking.But today an employee asked if I needed to find something and I did.they found exactly what I wanted.
