Great customer support

My husband and I have been shopping at this store for as long as it's been open. It's our go to place. We have never had a bad experience. It's our gardening center, appliances, paint and any other home improvement items we may need.

A shout out to Geraldine at the Roseville Home Depot. A nice smile and kind demeanor went a long way today for someone who was feeling under the weather.

I was at Home Depot today because I needed items for an urgent repair. I found the items and went to the checkout. I asked for a Veterans discount, the cashier, Geraldine, helped me get the discount, gave me information on how to register so future sales would be easier, helped me with my credit card, and wished me a Blessed day. SHE MADE MY DAY. God Bless her

I've bought quite a few things out of this store and is a good store to go to they are there and available ready to help you with whatever you need help with.

Besides the Lake Orion store, Roseville store has most knowledgeable employees.

Everything went smooth.

15 minutes out the car, in the car, and on our way. Paid the bill, 2 stock handlers treated the car better than their own, bulky 80 pound freight, no problem, and a Thank you". BUT... BEWARE THE ONLINE CATALOG. There are some missing items, right on the shelf, but invisible.A corporate phone call solved our dilemma, got the item Number, paid the cashier, and... AWAY WE GO !

Store associates are very friendly at this location. They are willing to help you, and answer any questions you may have.

Ted that works in the tool department was super helpful for me today I needed to cut some thing and I thought I might use a diamond blade that would fit in my Dremel but he said that that was not the correct way to cut this. I needed to use cutters so I wouldn’t damage the product of a lampshade so he told me to come back and he cut that special for me because I did not have the strength in my hands. Thank you Ted you’re the best.

I bought the Crane EE-6913 ultrasonic humidifier, so good. I can't rave enough about this product! I use it every night. My only wish was that HD would carry 1 gallon jugs of steam distilled water to use with the humidifiers. Oh well, A+ all around, Barbara is #1! woot woot

Like the store, and the employees. Would really rather use a cashier than self checkout, but not usually an option at the store

Jacob helped me out in plumbing multiple times, I'm not sure if its his department but, he was very knowledgeable. Saved my project and made it easier.

Alyssa was a great help she was very friendly and knowledgeable , great person to help fix your problems.

My mom and I purchased a Husky 12 drawer tool chest. There was some confusion with the price. Two Home Depot associates stepped up and sorted it out for us in a very professional manner. Excellent people Paris and Lynn. Lad ash’s was very helpful as well. To name a few. Home Depot have really stepped up their game and hired excellent employees! That is my store of choice!

My disabled son and I went into the store with a very long list of electrical supplies needed from my husband. When I got to the electric isle a staff member named Larry asked me if I needed help, and he took my very long list and found everything for me. He even took me to other departments for items on my list he was great!!!! Then I was waiting in a very long line to check out and one of the cashiers came over from the self check out and said anyone who was using a credit card she could take so I went to her aisle and she rung up an entire basket of items for me. She was so sweet. It was definitely a good experience.

Shinene works at the Roseville, Michigan store at the customer service counter! I wish more people could have her patience, kindness and sincerity! SHE IS THE BEST! Shinene helped me with a problem with a gift card that my daughter purchased for me that wasnt working!

I previously bought two gallons of paint (a color my wife picked out). Later, she decided that color was a bad choice and suggested we give the paint away. Instead, two paint department employees (in particular, Kayla) spent extra time helping to reformulate the color, turning it into a different color I was able to use. They were amazing.
