I bought Firm Fit headbands for my whole family. These are perfect for winter ear warmers and it's not a product you would expect to look for at Home Depot. An employee directed me to this hidden gem when they asked me how am I doing today and I replied, "Good but cold. Especially my ears." These are perfect fit, warm, and affordable!

Shopping for items related to my condo renovation was a daunting task! I walked into Home Depot with a shopping list of things that are out of my comfort zone to choose. A staff member helped me and checked off every item on my list. She could not have been more helpful. I am so grateful!

I received help buying a power washer by a terrific employee that was very helpful!

Two checkout kiosks broke. The lines were absurd. My militant discount didn’t work. I won’t be returning to this location.

An employee asked if I needed assistance and walked me to the product. He pointed out that price was better by purchasing a certain quantity which I ended up doing.

Kristen Long in the kitchen design department did an absolutely fantastic job for me. She is an extremely professional knowledgeable and dedicated employee who works to make the customer happy. She is terrific!

After the objet I brought was installed, I never received a bill requesting payment for the final payment. Only received telephone calls requesting payment but no amount was mentioned. It seems as if their system lacks communication between sales, installation and collection. They need to update their equipment and systems in order to smooth out the purchase of an item from start to finish.

Went to south Annapolis store to pick up item that was clearance there but out of stock? Went to 2557 Annapolis store and wa in stock but cost 100$ more and not in clearance. Kind of odd

Needed help and asked an Employee, Kelly Tebo knew exactly where it was and took the time to show me.

Always clean and stocked. Not as large as other stores but easier to find things.

I had a month long relocation process for my store in Annapolis and I would be in the S Annapolis store several times a day. Many times I would be trying to locate items and different associates would stop me and lead me in the right direction. Mickey, the lead at the self checkout, was so friendly and personable and made me feel like I was a part of the team first thing every morning. I never received any frustration or impatience from anyone, they were all so accommodating with my requests or while I was checking out hundreds of quantities of product. I owe this team dozens of more reviews, but I will say that I told everyone on my project how friendly this team in S Annapolis was, and I hope they get recognition from how wonderful they were. Special shoutout to others such as Duke and Lili and everyone who made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles. I will continue to shop at this location whenever I have a project for home or work!!!

I have been stopping here as a waypoint since I moved east. It was just chance I stopped here, and I'm glad I did. They had the materials I needed, and help was easy to get, especially from Cherie in lumber area. She is a great help and a super friendly person- an asset to Home Depot.

This is my 4th time where employees have asked male customers if they needed help (I''m an older female) and completely ignored me.

Had to purchase a different item than what I wanted that I saw online. Customer service was very friendly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SHERI

I have been in this store numerous times and staff have always been able to either tell me where the item is located or walk me there.

We bought 2 outside doors and Gerry was incredibly patient, professional and polite. Highly recommend that he be acknowledged for his contribution to HD.

I needed a variety of hardware items. My online order was filled and ready for pickup very quickly. The pickup locker was convenient and easy to use.

We have all become very dependent on shopping on-line for products. But, today's experience at the Home Depot made me realize how much we are missing by not shopping in a store with professional store associates.

Went in trying to decide on a paint for my toddlers bedroom. Tori helped pick which type would be the best. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet my needs. She had outstanding customer service.

I go to Home Depot’s all across the country. This store is the best I’ve ever been to. The people in this store are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are stores in Atlanta, Greenville, SC and Denver that are also very good. However, the South Annapolis store is my favorite. It’s all about the people. This people that work in this store are amazing!!

Particularly like the large and diverse selection of tools that can be rented. Even things like lawnmowers!
