The store looked great very clean. The associates in plumbing were very helpful. Also needed a light bulb and the plumbing associate Matt took me right where they were. Great store!! Great customer service!! Keep up the great work!! Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Assistant Manager John Lane is a Rock Star. Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. He and his team member Peter turned my nightmare into a very positive experience and restored my faith in common decency. A true example of Leadership and Customer Care. Thank you so much guys!

Great store with awesome customer service!

In a time when everyone is concerned about our health, it is nice to visit a friendly store which makes shopping quick and easy. I have done many projects lately and this store is always stocked to meet my needs. I feel safe shopping here and the staff is very kind.

I like to shop at Home Depot because if and when I need help or advice the employees are always knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly answer my questions, make helpful suggestions and go out of their way to make my shopping and buying experience satisfactory. I love Home Depot.

I really like this home depot. My dad did 2 residential remodels last year and during times I went with him for materials they always had what he needed, prices seemed decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I now shop here for some things I used to get at other stores like cleaning supplies, batteries, spray paint, ect... and It's close to home!

I had an issue finding a sale item and had several employees help me. So nice to not have to hunt down someone to help.

The store is extremely clean and have great employees, Ross in particular has helped me in all my needs for repairs and DIY projects.

Had to find someone to help in the department I needed and they didn't seem all that knowledgeable about the mowers. Someone did help me to put it in my truck which was very helpful. But now the mower won't start & calling this store is ridiculous. Phone just kept ringing then an automated voice transferred the call then I got hung up on - TWICE. Had to call back asked Sara one of the managers to get me someone in lawnmowers but she walked over to the garden dept which was no help so I had that lady from garden try to get someone in the lawnmower dept but there was no one around again. Maybe all at lunch again. The lady who was most helpful - although not about the mower - was Munene - she walked over to the repair dept and they didn't even talk to me - told her to have me bring it in. Didn't even try to figure it out. So Munene was going to have someone call me back from the lawnmower dept when they get back. We shall see if the actually call me.

Very convenient online order pickup. Also, special shoutout to Lisa at checkout in the Garden Center. Smiling face, friendly and went the extra mile to give me a large piece of plastic to put down in the back of my new SUV so the plants and potting soil wouldn't leave too much of a mess. May not sound like a big deal to some but that type of customer service personalized my experience. Sometimes it truly is the little things. Thanks again Lisa!

The staff, everyone that i spoke to, was extremely helpful, even though the store was closing in a very few minutes they gave me all the service i needed/wanted with no rushing or attitude......

The store is fine. The installation service, Delta Mechanical, is a disaster. 3 representatives on the phone were helpful. Everything and everyone else was ridiculous, including the additional $250.00 charge for extra services. I am disappointed in the final result of the toilet installation, which took four days! I will never use Home Depot installation services again.

My store experience was great but trying to get a service call one week after my appliances were installed it took me 4 days to get an answer on how to make a service call appointment. I couldn't get directed to the correct person.

Always stock great prices great sales.

I like to shop at this HD store but I found that the associates are not following CDC guidelines and therefore are putting me at risk. Until this pandemic is over I can not in good consciousness recommend this store.
