It seems like when I come to the store one of your employees either sells me the wrong stuff or makes the wrong paint color. I think they need better training on there position they hold in the store.

I received exceptional customer service from Dave in Tool Rental. Dave was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in making sure a tool was working properly for a job I needed to complete.

Lisa is great! Always a smile and engages with everyone. Really is a bright sunshine to your day and experience! The stores is neat and clean with good variety and stock.

I am attempting a first: a drywall project. Employee Rick Shirelle took the time to tell me what I needed, discuss the project and even give me advice. He was a big help and I appreciate it. Thank you.

I bought a large outdoor storage shed. I loaded it onto the flatbed cart myself while there were younger HD employees nearby looking busy. I walked the cart from lawn & garden's back corner to the registers. I passed about a dozen employees pushing carts and pallets. I had to get out of their way. And when I stopped for them to pass, not a "hello", a "thank you" and not even a smile. At the register, the cashier did not offer assistance with loading this large heavy box into my truck.

We had the best customer service in our young life and we are not young. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I go to store every other week. Lisa in landscaping is knowledgeable friendly and a absolute enjoyable person. Your skyline in cape coral fl is lucky to have her as a team member

We moved into the area a year ago and have done several projects around our house since then. We have made many trips to Home Depot and have generally been very happy with both the employees and the selection.

Employees want to help the customers. VERY rewarding to have those people there.

This store did a great job after hurricane Ian, the way it was set up to buy necessary items after the hurricane made it a lot easier to get it and out. even before that the store has wonderful employees

its next to impossible to find H or drywall carts. order some carts and get the loaders on the game to get them back into the store

I love the refrigerator KitchenAid that I purchased back in April. I had been waiting for it to come back in stock for over two years. I finally was sold the floor model as they were no longer making this product. What I'm frustrated about is that I was never told about your rebate program. Just found out about this today and it's way past the 30 days aloud.

This store is a busy place!! All is well finding the items on my list and then some!

After Hurricane Ian, our city of Cape Coral is in such bad shape. Everyone at this Home Depot understands what we're going through. They are helpful and the shelves are well stocked with all the supplies we need to start to put our lives back together. It is SO appreciated. Thank you!

This store is usually my first choice. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful. There have been times when I wasn't sure what I needed and I was able to find someone to help me. Never had any issues with this store.

Jim was the best, I went to purchase a washer machine and he was very helpful showed me all my options and answered all my questions. Jim was very professional with a great attitude.

I drive past a closer department store to come to this Home Depot There is always someone greeting or asking what we need. The cashiers are nice too. Today we had Neives check us out. Very friendly as well

I walked in to buy a Weber gas grill. I knew which grill I wanted. I simply needed to pay and help loading. Over the course of an hour I stopped three employees for help. Each called someone I now know was the manager, who never showed to help. I finally took the grill to the front myself and went back for my cart. Next time, I'll take my money to Ace. They have excellent customer service. I went there last year after a similar experience buying a charcoal grill.

We went in looking for 1 or 2 blinds for our new house and in the end purchased all of the blinds for our new home because the selection/price was so good. Melissa was fantastic helping us with our choice and we saved a substantial amount of money, which is always a good thing :-)
