I had an issue with a proper fit for some plumbing materials. Two gentleman (Jerry & Harry) tried to help to help but we could not figure out a solution. Jerry said he would call the plumbing “expert”. Frances came to the rescue and solved the problem for us in a matter of minutes.

Christina the associate in the flooring Department was very helpful with the purchase of my floor tile. I bought two pallets and she was able to get me the tile I wanted and delivered the very next day.

They don’t pay attention to details. All they want is your money. 4 month and still no fridge from then. Ended up cancel and going with Best But. Deplorable customer service

They had everything I needed to get the door jobs finished and just about everything I need to get other jobs done. Some stuff you have to order ahead of time but they will gladly help assist you loading it into your vehicle. And I like that you're able to pre-order.

When it takes you almost 40 minutes to return an item with my business, I have learned it’s better to shop at a local hardware store, then stand in line at Home Depot, where employees stand around and twiddle their thumbs.
