Everyone at this store is so helpful and professional.

I inquired about appliances and windows on my visit. The employees in both areas were eager to help, very knowledgeable about their products and explained their current programs and installation process very well. I left very impressed with their level of professionalism.

We were never Home Depot shoppers… and never will ever be. Worst customer service experience - simply rude! The store app is poorly designed and not worth keeping on my phone.

Staff helped me look for an item, but you did not carry it. This staff member found me in a completely different department to suggest some alternatives I might try at either an office store or a decor store. The staff in the paint department was polite and very knowledgeable. She has helped us in the past, always great,

Was helped by Caleb on January 31st after 6pm. He not only helped me lifting a heavy item from the floor to my cart. He even came out to help load it in my truck.

Employees are very friendly and I’m always greeted when entering and thanked for shopping there when leaving. Store is always super clean and very well stocked. Definitely will be returning for all my items needed.

I recently purchased a large quantity of 2X4’s and requested help with them. Tawni came to help with a smile and a great attitude!

Whenever I need something in the store, i go to customer service and they direct me to the right aisle. Then another associate helps me find the item, helping me evaluate what is best for my project. Very friendly. One associate even helped me open a package I had purchased there. So nice. thanks guys.

Recently, my refrigerator went out, so I bought a new one from this store. On the delivery day (a week later) I got a phone call from the freight company that they were running late and could not bring it that day. I expected them to say that they would just bring it the next day. But they said the earliest would be December 26, a full week later! We had already been living without a way to store anything perishable (except for a couple coolers), for a week, so we lost a bunch of food items and were eating out a lot. Despite the freight company's failure to prioritize the delivery of a refrigerator, Home Depot employees stepped up and brought out to my house a fridge to use in the mean time. Will and Durin from this store drove out with a fridge and put it in my garage for us. I appreciate their friendliness and helpfulness in a tough situation. They really made Christmas less stressful for me. Now I can go to the store and get what I need to cook for the company that is coming this weekend. Thank you so much for some awesome customer service!

A huge THANK YOU to Susan for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help make my shopping experience at this store a memorable one. Then I can't forget about Beverly and Eli. They were very patient with answering my questions and getting me signed up for a credit card. They cut my tree to my liking and even secured it in my truck. Thank you all for making my daughter's Christmas dream come true!

Don’t show up past 830, the only help you’ll get from the store is directions to the door and getting you checked out as quickly as possible.

I needed some hopefully scrap lumber to construct a small target board for my Grandson who has recently received a BB gun to shoot at in his backyard out at the lake they live at! I didn’t want to spend a big chunk of change on it! He’s 10 years old and loves to shoot it! I wanted him to be able to gg take the target- set it up alone/ and shoot it by himself without any distractions!’ I will supervise the first few times tomake sure he knows da safety! He’s shot almost every one of my guns, both handguns and long guns! Arean, understood what I was thinking about and helped me find everything I needed for under twenty dollars! A great person to talk with and very knowledgeable about helping people like me who come in with such crazy ideas!

Many times I go into this store not knowing exactly what I need and I always come out with the right thing.

I've always had good experiences with HD! Even today, Don helped me out with purchasing a tool chest. Then, Caleb refuses anything less than helping me load it into my truck so my wife doesn't have to lift a finger.

This location is managed well and the customer service provided to me was outstanding! They went above and beyond (thank you Susan, Nicole, and Yaliza) to help me and my son get the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors we needed. Thank you so much! Home Depot if you see this- give those ladies a raise!

Jeff, Jimmy, Bryam, Shiloh, Harley, and Yanci were fantastic to work with! Top notch staff! Great shopping experience! I live closer to a different location, but I’ll be back to the L St location because of these employees! Worth the little extra drive in my book!

Had to make a return of an item and was not treated negatively for doing so. This store always has courteous and ample personnel to get help.

I shop at this location specifically due to the attitude and personality of all of the staff. They are always upbeat, willing to help and willing to have a conversation. Quite honestly, if I need an item and it’s not at THIS SPECIFIC Home Depot, I would probably just go to the closest store that has the item. But whatever I need for my DIY projects, this Home Depot is always my first stop.
