The employees that I encountered at this HomeDepot went above and beyond to help me yesterday. They were also extremely knowledgeable in the products I purchased. The store was well stocked. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Bought 2 rolls PAPER TOWELS @.98 cents. Excellent deal. Possibly will go by and get some more.

I have been going to this store for a long time the people there are friendly I usually find what I need. I can stop any employee for help and that’s what I get.

I bought this recently and I am glad I did!

I remember trying to get a job here a while back but once the manager seen i was an African American she quickly said "sorry we are not hiring at the moment" meanwhile their is 14 opne positions at this particular store! The funny part is that she greeted me yesterday morning when I stopped by to purchase some items and she quickly turned around. Secondly the home depot app kept crashing yesterday morning so I wasn't able to use my QR code for the Military discount the Associates says to me "sorry I can't help you" I had to speak to another Associates and ask to speak to a manager!!! She says "how could I help you? As maybe I can help? Sure enough she asked for my Military ID and quickly put her codes in for the Military discount which saved me $6.00 we live in a world where every cent counts so why not help???

The employee helped me with my purchase. Was very helpful, the cashier didn't want to be bothered. Not friendly and made me feel like I was interrupting her day. Unprofessional. As far as product and help zi received, I would recommend to a friend. It's a shame to have such a good experience only to leave with a bad taste in my mouth fro. The checkout.

Just got an email asking for feedback on a trip I made to a home depot - where I left no contact information. Apparently they log your credit card, tie it back to your account, and track everything you do.

I buy filters from my AC at the store for convenience and they are in stock.

Had ask other customers where to find certain supplies as there no available employees to ask. Then no choice but to self-check our purchases. This building supplies company is quickly becoming self service. Not what the original plan was. I know you used to hire knowledgeable people in all depts. Now, many employees have never work in construction or just act that way.

Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Lorena was kind and helpful.

We went shopping 8/7/24, went to a check out, (I CAN'T TAKE YOU; THIS IS PHONE IN ONLY)!!!! I am just sitting here playing games on my phone go to another store. What is Home Depot coming to? A bunch of don't care employees.

Female Attendant checker needs a whole lot of customer service training. Might be an isolated incident but this was my own experience on 4 Aug 2024.

This Home Depot can definitely benefit from more personal who is crossed train and know more about products in general. Mostly all workers are clueless!

Customer Service Samantha was a clerk that really act like she liked her job and she cured she helped me with my transaction

Great and able to find things

Few times if any do I request or accept help. Having that help leave and expect me to unload something from a pallet that was much less work to si.ply throw a few bags on to complete my order. 13 bags of 50lb cold patch asphalt on a pallet I only needed 7 more and was told if I wanted I could go get a cart from the parking lot and he would help load it. I did he left. 20 bags of 50 lb cold patch and empty promises on top of a $2 per bag cost increase.

Employee named Richard at customer service needs more training when dealing with customers. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

So I had to make arrangements to be home between 6am and 8pm for TWO days instead of just one! Home Depot offered to refund my delivery charge, but then failed to do so for more than 10 business days, and even then, it required 4 follow up calls from me to FINALLY get a refund. And all the time the Home Depot phone reps. kept giving me incorrect information., and even blamed my bank. all while the local store had NOT approved the refund yet!!!

Because of the salesperson that helped me. Geronimo was very helpful. From ensuring I didn’t get the smashed box that could cause problems when I got home if it was broke. Geronimo answered all my questions. He also stayed the obvious if the savings in the long run to buy the Dewalt trimmer with the charger and battery included. It would save me $50.00 in the future if I had to buy a new battery. I feel that Geronimo is a valuable asset to your company.

Bought some patio lights that change color for a great price. I love shopping at the Homedepot 🥰. Love shopping in the garden section.

Only one problem I did go buy pipe cleaner and bottles at the bottom one had a leak and not sure if Muratic acid was in but is dangerous
