I enjoy just going to home depot when I have nothing to really buy. It's rare that I leave empty handed. As a home owner, I always get an idea for how to spruce up my fixer-upper of a home.

My brother and I rented an Electric Eel machine from this location. They require a credit card to extract a deposit to take the item. They gave us a rental time of 4 hours. Check out was quick, the associate was very friendly and patient with us, and returning it was just as great.

Item I was searching for was easy to find. Store associate was very knowledgeable if the item I needed. His information was very useful. I always love my experiences at Home Depot, that's why I always go back.

I was very impressed in the high level of service that I did experience during my visit to the store. I was greeted by the staff members as I walked into the store. I was offered help by the staff member in the department, and I was greeted again by the cashier at the counter. Great customer service.

Store was clean and free of clutter. The sales associate in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable of all products and made our purchasing decision easy. She also took the time to search for the best possible discounts available so that we had the best deal possible.

Associate was not helpful, manager was not understanding she just made excuses. Had to go find Associate after waiting for him, he was walking around visiting and talking with other Associates.

I was spending time looking at paint swatches to match a paint chip. When I asked for a second opinion from the employee manning the paint desk, he took the chip, matched it exactly and recommended the paint.

Store was clean, fresh, and pleasant to be in and browse; most everything in place and labels easy to find and read.

I was very tired and having trouble walking that day. Was looking for a certain product and did not want to look all over the store. I stopped an associate, I told her my feet were hurting and did not want to walk all over the store to find product. She took the time to walk me to the product I was looking for and was very helpful. Very helpful lady. Thank YOU

Associates at this store have always provided assistance that I feel goes above the minimum put forth by other home improvement chains. When I have found myself searching for a product unsuccessfully, a Home Depot associate either knew where the product was and led me to it or immediately called someone else who did. All home improvement stores sell hammers, Home Depot makes the trip to get one enjoyable.

I needed help finding and picking out a new lock. The associate was very helpful and friendly. He recommended a good one and I bought it.
