well stocked, many options for mulitple products. i always find several options for whatever it is im loking for.

I enjoy coming to this home depot. The store is clean, well lit and when the garden center is open for the season the plants look great. If you ever need something there once you find an employee they are helpful. But the store seems to be lacking in them on some days.

They have always been very helpful in the Garden Shop and have always loaded my items in my van for me - no questions asked....

Impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the store. All I ended up needing was a hanging basket plant, and the cashier in the garden section, "Jeffrey", was beyond helpful and friendly. Probably the nicest, most personable associate I have ever dealt with.

Have never had a problem at this or any Home Depot stores.

This store is always well stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful. i come to this store for work and home supplies.

I came in on a busy Sunday to exchange a propane tank so that I could barbecue. i didn't have to wait in line at the register and the store associate was out at the tanks by the time I made it back out of the store. it was so fast!!

I always shop at this Home Depot and find the store always clean and well-stocked. The associates are always available, friendly and helpful.

This is my go-to store. Always such friendly associates looking for ways to help. The store is well-organized and clean and typically has everything I'm looking for. I can do it, they can help.

Older man very rude in the paint dept I wanted paint but I left

I love to see all the cordless tool at the store and what I like too is the new product that comes on display always interrestig and entertaining.

I enjoy coming to this store, I get all the help I need from the employs and I always find what I need for a good price.

The associate from Garden was very helpful. When he saw me loading up a cart with mulch, he suggested I tell the cashier the kind, amount, and price of the mulch, drive my car around, and show him the receipt. He loaded the mulch into my car and I was off! He was very friendly and professional.

I found the employees to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Their advice has prevented me from making grave mistakes and enabled me to get the job done. In the past when I have had a problem with a purchase, I have found that the returns desk staff to be very accommodating and understanding and have done their best to rectify the issue. I have also found their tool rental service and staff to be very helpful.

The associates I dealt with were extremely friendly and eager to help. A paint product I needed was discontinued and she was able to investigate and reproduce the exact option I needed. Friendly conversation and a smile accompanied the transaction and I am grateful for the help and quality service.

Stephanie was very helpful with our pick up of our air conditioner! She even made it possible for us to rent a van to get the grill we wanted home! So helpful! Thank you Stephanie!

Very happy with the help I got and its very easy to find the products in the store

I am in this location 3or 4 times a week, and am always able to maneuver around the store with easy, always able to find an associate if needed. I love the fact that I can complete my trip without being hassled and barely ever have to wait in a long line to cash out.

Store was clean and most items were easy to find on our own. However, when we entered the lumber department to make a purchase, we had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to assist us. Only saw one person working in that department. Perhaps we were shopping at time when someone was on break or out to lunch, I don't know. But a customer should have access to store employees at all times and not be expected to wait extended periods of time. We didn't even see an employee from another department that we could flag down for assistance. Sorry guys, you let us down in this area. Hoping it was just a missed opportunity for you guys to have a perfect score.

It's that time of year and I was at Home Depot for the gardening department only!...There were plenty of sales associates so I didn't have to stand in line for an eternity...plus the associates who were not running registers were graciously helpful...and EVERYONE was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work! AND someone loaded my bags of manure into my car...I am capable but that was helpful!

We went in with a small list of items to purchase, and immediately was approached by Rick Thomas, a manager at the Salem store and who also happens to be my son-in-law. He made sure we found everything we need by providing the sales associate for the department. We observed how helpful he was to customers, greeting them and co-workers alike in a friendly manner. This store is fortunate to have this man on their team.

Associates are so helpful and I enjoy shopping there for all my needs. I would actually like to work there, as I am out of work. I will fill out an online app today.

Needed plants and associate could not find all I needed so he got help and I purchased everything I needed it I should say would fit in my trunk. Going back again today

The people are very helpful and know their stuff I always have a good experience there

My wife and I are novices at home improvements and fairly naive about what we needed for some cosmetic improvements, faucet changes and toilet replacements. We went to the Trader's Way location and got so much help from one particular employee who acted as our personal shopper (helping other customers here and there) and explained all sorts of things to us. He didn't push anything we didn't need, but encouraged us to the things we did.

We live very close but that is not the reason we go here. HD has almost everything we need for home maintenance, gardening, improvements and for my husband's job as a maintenance engineer/finish carpenter. Associates are helpful and plentiful. Great variety of products and availability. If it isn't in the store, you can get it on-line in a very short period of time. Prices are reasonable as well.

We had a great experience shopping at Home Depot in April 2015. First, Arthur helped us find the right solution for project. He was really knowledgeable and showed us multiple choices so we could know our options. That was really helpful to us. We chose the 6' x 8' roll of vinyl for lining the kitchen drawers. It has a bit of a cushion and is water proof. He also showed us what additional materials we might buy if we decided to use vinyl on the laundry room floor; a future project. Then, as we were leaving the store, at least two employees thanked us for shopping at their Home Depot. We love the Salem, MA Home Depot!!
