I was torn between making many trips to the store to purchase mulch, topsoil and rocks and getting a truckload of bulk supplies delivered. There was one delivery fee, which rivaled the landscaping company 's, and I had my stuff in bags. I'm a 68 year old female, and this was the much more manageable way for me to move supplies where they were needed.

Sue was helpful, friendly courteous and my pick-up transaction went smoothly.

I love shopping at our Home Depot. The staff are amazing - always helpful, welcoming and friendly.

The desk help was great on getting the proper water heater! The order came through ahead of time with no damage. They also helped load the water heater.

We needed a new refrigerator because ours died. On the website it said only a certain few were available for next day delivery. We went in and guess what - NONE are available for next day delivery! No Veteran's discount is permitted on appliances and that's just wrong. The signs stated delivery would be on 3/17 and it turned out that wasn't true either. Delivery would be no sooner than 3/20 which was an entire week from the day we were in there. We spent 2000.00 in that store and went away feeling like we had been scammed. Try some truth in your advertising and honor your promises to our Veterans ! Very poor way to treat people.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with both salespeople who helped me with my purchase! They were not knowledgeable about their products whatsoever. I had to figure things out on my own. Unacceptable giving that it was a $400 item I was purchasing. Then after the purchase I discovered I was overcharged $10 so that created a delay to get it refund when I was already in a hurry. This is not the first time I’ve experienced these types of issues at the Salem Ohio location. You need to train your people better!!! I will continue to shop at this store since it’s close by but I have learned that i cannot rely on the employees to be knowledgeable about the items they sell. Unacceptable, frustrating, and disappointing. By the way your prices for products are as ridiculous as your employees’ lack of knowledge about them.

Absolutely love this store. The staff are always polite and helpful. They always have what I need and definitely lots of things I want. Lol. The store itself is always clean and well stocked.

Just bought vertical blinds and a counter top at the Salem, Oh. Home Depot. the associate, .Nina.. was so very knowelgable and extremely kind and helpful. I wasn't rushed into any decisions. No matter who I passed in the store, they would ask if I needed help.

Love the Salem store the most, I've actually attempted to get a job there several times, but I get nothing back from your hiring department

We bought patio blinds ansd our cashier was very helpful. She asked if we had a home depot credit card and we said no so we opened one and saved on our purchase. She was very nice and helpful.

This store is an example of how every Home Depot should be modeled after! I shop here frequently because of the experience. There’s plenty of other Home Depot’s in my area but if I can I choose Salem!

I purchased the wrong model of a dehumidifier and had to return it and purchase the correct model. The young women staffing the returns area were friendly, and made the return process easy.

I have always felt when shopping at this Home Depot the associates run from you instead of towards you to help. Becky was the exception this time. Very helpful in every department. This girl deserves a raise for doing a great job.

We love this store we're there pretty much once a week every week always helping us find our needs and remodeling our house trying to make it into an Airbnb we will definitely be back in this gift card would be the best for us so that we can get some other expensive items like a hot water tank and things of that nature so fingers crossed

I came in to purchase Blinds and appliances Casey was above and beyond knowledgeable and patient and incredibly Kind and professional. She is Sensational in Service ! Also the whole Team at the Blinds desk were Outstanding

Bought a few bags of Quikrete, was told a loader would be outside to help. Loader avoided this old military veteran for a long time. Had to do it myself. He was not busy helping others. Cashier was great, she was also disappointed in this employee not doing his job.
